Die Wohnung liegt im 5. OG und erstreckt sich über 2 Etagen. Im 5.OG befinden sich das Gäste-WC, Dusch-WC, das anzumietende Zimmer, ein Gäste-/Arbeitszimmer und ein weiteres Schlafzimmer mit Balkon. Im 6. OG befindet sich der großzügige offene Wohn- und Essbereich sowie die Wohnküche und die Terrasse über den Dächern Hamburgs.
Das zu vermietende Zimmer ist möbliert (Bett, Kleiderschrank, Regal, Gardinen). Nach Rücksprache mit dem Vormieter, kann das Zimmer aber auch ohne Bett und Regal angemietet werden. Bei Anmietung können alle Räume (ausser das zweite Schlafzimmer und der Balkon) der Wohnung genutzt werden. So zum Beispiel auch das Arbeitszimmer.

On the 6th floor is the spacious open-plan living and dining area as well as the eat-in kitchen and the terrace overlooking the rooftops of Hamburg.
The room for rent is furnished (bed, wardrobe, shelves, curtains). After consultation with the previous tenant, the room can also be rented without bed and shelves. When renting, all rooms (except the second bedroom and the balcony) of the flat can be used. This includes the office, for example.
Direkt vor der Haustür befindet sich eine Bushaltestelle, wo der 16erBus abfährt. Des Weiteren ist die S-Bahn Station Bahrenfeld fußläufig in 6 Minuten erreichbar. Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem belebten Viertel in Ottensen. Nächste Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind 3-5 Minuten Fußweg entfernt. Zum Elbstrand in Richtung Övelgönne geht man circa 30 Minuten zu Fuß. Das Zentrum Altona (Ottenser Hauptstrasse) ist circa 1 km entfernt. Mit dem Auto erreicht man in 7 Minuten die Autobahnauffahrt der A7.
There is a bus stop right outside the front door, where the 16 bus departs. Furthermore, the Bahrenfeld S-Bahn station is a 6-minute walk away. The flat is located in a lively neighbourhood in Ottensen. The nearest shopping facilities are a 3-5 minute walk away. The Elbe beach in the direction of Övelgönne is about a 30-minute walk away. The centre of Altona (Ottenser Hauptstrasse) is about 1 km away. The motorway access to the A7 can be reached by car in 7 minutes.
Ich bin Anne und wohne schon seit fast drei Jahren in diesem wunderschönen hellen Penthouse. Es ist eine traumhafte Wohnung, nur für eine einzelne Person viel zu groß. Meine aktuelle Mitbewohnerin geht zurück ins Ausland, daher suche ich einen neuen Untermieter. Ich suche Jemanden, der ein nettes ruhiges Plätzchen zum wohnen sucht. Ich wünsche mir ein freundschaftliches Verhältnis zu meinem/r Mitbewohner/-in, was bedeutet, dass man auch mal zusammen kocht, Filme schaut oder gemütlich bei einem Glas Wein den Abend ausklingen lässt.
I'm Anne and I've been living in this beautiful, bright penthouse for almost three years. It's a fantastic flat, but far too big for a single person. My current flatmate is going back abroad, so I'm looking for a new lodger. I am looking for someone who is looking for a nice quiet place to live. I would like to have a friendly relationship with my flatmate, which means that we can cook together, watch films or enjoy a glass of wine in the evening.
Haustiere sind leider nicht erlaubt. Im Haus selbst befindet sich eine Hausarztpraxis. Ein paar Häuser weiter ist ein Kiosk und DHL-Dhop.
Unfortunately, pets are not allowed. There is a GP practice in the house itself. A few houses away is a kiosk and DHL shop.
