Die Wohnung hat große Fenster, die viel Tageslicht hereinlassen, und einen schönen Holzfußboden, auf insgesamt 70 Quadratmeter, 3 Zimmer, eine Küche, einen langen Eingang und ein kleines (aber feines und neues) Bad. Das Zimmer kostet 800 Euro inklusive.

I am offering my room for sublet from 1 May (or the weekend before) - until 30 June and possibly 31 July.
The furnished and bright room is approx. 15 square meters in size and has a beautiful view of the leafy inner courtyard. The flat has large windows that let in plenty of daylight, a beautiful wooden floor, a total of 70 square meters, 3 rooms, a kitchen, a long entrance, and a small (but fine and new) bathroom. The room costs 800 euros inclusive.
