Hallo zusammen,
ich suche von Mitte April bis Ende September eine/n Zwischenmieter/in für mein gemütliches Zimmer. Du wirst den Sommer über mit Bine, Marlene und Zoë zusammen auf einem ökologischen Resthof in Prisdorf in der Nähe von Hamburg wohnen und die schönste Zeit des Jahres an diesem wundervollen Ort verbringen.
Dein Zimmer ist 12 qm groß, ist möbliert, hat ein Südfenster mit Blick ins Grüne und charmante Holzdielen sowie Holzbalken.
Die Wohnung ist insgesamt 120 qm groß, es gibt 2 Bäder (jeweils mit Badewanne), eine Küche und ein großes Wohnzimmer mit Hochebene und Gästeschlafplatz. Außerdem haben wir einen Dachboden, einen ehemaligen Stall und einen offenen Schuppen. Das Grundstück an sich ist riesig (ca. 1ha). Im Garten bauen wir Gemüse an, machen Lagerfeuer oder entspannen einfach nur...
Mit uns wohnen 3 Katzen und ein Hund im Haus und draußen 2 Kaninchen und 6 Laufenten...und ein Pony kommt auch ab und zu mal vorbei.
Die Anbindung an Hamburg ist gut, die Regionalbahn (HVV) fährt halbstündlich von Prisdorf und man ist in nur 16 Minuten in Altona und in 25 Min. am Hauptbahnhof. Mit dem Rad ist man in 10 Min am Prisdorfer Bahnhof.
Wir leben hier entspannt miteinander.
