Wir suchen eine Untermieterin für ein ca. 15qm großes Zimmer in Hamburg Rahlstedt. Der Raum ist sehr hell, da das Fenster nach Süd-Westen ausgerichtet ist.
Die Wohnung ist letztes Jahr frisch saniert (bis auf das charmante beige-rosa Bad). Insgesamt hat die Wohnung 4 Zimmer und ca. 82qm.
Das Zimmer kann möbliert oder unmöbliert vergeben werden. Auf den Fotos ist es noch im Zustand vor der Renovierung. Mittlerweile ist es glatt verputzt und weiß gestrichen.
We are looking for a new roommate! The room is almost 15sqm and located in Hamburg Rahlstedt.
The apartment is very bright since it's south-west facing. The flat has 4 rooms in total and is about 82sqm. The flat has just been renovated, and is apart from a few bits and pieces almost complete.
Die Wohnung befindet sich in Rahlstedt, ca. 15min zu Fuß vom Bahnhof Rahlstedt und der Fußgängerzone. Direkt vor der Wohnung ist eine Bushaltestelle, die einen in 2 Stopps auch bequem zum Bahnhof bringt. Von dort fährt die Regionalbahn RB81 in ca. 15min zum Hamburg Hauptbahnhof. Insgesamt ist die Innenstadt in ca. 30-35min erreichbar. Wir sind also eher nicht zentral, aber dafür gut angebunden und in der Nähe der Natur.
Die Wohnung befindet sich in einer schönen Villengegend und in der Nähe befindet sich ein kleiner Wald zum Spazieren gehen. Das Naturschutzgebiet Höltigbaum ist auch in 10min mit dem Rad zu erreichen. Am Bahnhof Rahlstedt befindet sich ein kleines Einkaufzentrum und eine hübsche Fußgängerzone. Bis zur Hamburger Innenstadt sind es ca. 15km.
The flat is located in Hamburg-Rahlstedt. The train station "Bahnhof Rahlstedt" is a 15min walk away. Alternatively you can take the bus right in front of the house and get to the train station within 2 stops. At the train station you can take the regional train RB81 to Hamburg central station which only takes 15min. You should be able to reach the Hamburg city center within 30-35min. The city center is around 15km away.
The flat is in a nice area with lots of nice houses and villas. A small forest is nearby where you can go for walks. You can reach the Höltigbaum nature reserve in 10min by bike. There also is a small shopping mall near the train station just 15min walking distance away.
Wir sind Anna (34) und Sai (36) - ein deutsch-indonesisches Paar und wohnen mit unserer weiteren Mitbewohnerin Kanako 30, Japanerin) in Rahlstedt. Um die WG zu komplettieren suchen wir noch eine Mitbewohnerin (gerne weiblich, zwischen 25-40).
Wir haben schon früher in WGs gewohnt und haben in den allermeisten Fällen sehr gute Erfahrungen damit gemacht. Wir sind alle berufstätig und viel unterwegs. Sai arbeitet Nachts im Schichtdienst und schläft daher tagsüber, weshalb es schön wäre eine ruhige Mitbewohnerin zu finden (zumindest den Tag über). Wenn du berufstätig bist oder Praktikant wäre das ideal :)
Ansonsten sind wir recht entspannt und freuen uns über einen gelegentlichen gemeinsamen Tee, Kaffee oder Spaziergang. Es soll keine reine Zweck WG sein, aber es ist uns ebenfalls wichtig, das man auch mal seine Türen schließen kann und seine Privatsphäre hat.
Wir sind alle Nichtraucher und würden uns dies auch bei einem Mitbewohner wünschen. Außerdem sind wir wenig interessiert an politischen Diskussionen (egal in welche Richtung) und verbringen unsere Zeit lieber mit angenehmen Dingen, wie Reisen planen, kochen, die Natur genießen, Sprachen lernen oder Spieleabende :)
Sai und ich werden im Winter ein Sabbatical machen, und werden für die Zeit dann auch einen Untermieter suchen - also wird sich die WG Konstellation dann nochmal temporär etwas ändern.
We are Anna (34) & Sai (36) - a German-Indonesian couple who are living in Rahlstedt with our flatmate Kanako. We are looking for 1 more female flatmate for our apartment. We used to live in shared flats in the past and most of the time it was a great experience. Both of us work full time. Sai works night shifts and sleeps at night, so it is important to us to have a quite flat (at least during the day). Therefore, we would prefer a flatmate who either works as well or is an intern.
In general we are a pretty relaxed and flexible couple. We would love to hang out for an occasional tea, coffee or to go for a walk together. However, we also want to make sure everyone can have some privacy as well.
Neither of us smokes and we would prefer the flat to be smoke free. Also, we are not really interested in deep and long political discussions and prefer to spend our time planning our next travels, cooking, learning languages or playing board games.
Da wir als Pärchen in der Wohnung wohnen, wird das Wohnzimmer nicht als Gemeinschaftsraum genutzt, da wir es als Home Office brauchen. Abends kann man aber auch mal gemeinsam dort eine Serie schauen, bzw. kann es auch gerne genutzt werden, wenn wir unterwegs sein sollten. Der Balkon ist im Sommer natürlich auch für alle Mitbewohner nutzbar.
Since we live there as a couple the living room is not used as a common area as we need it as a working space. If we are out traveling you are free to use it though.
