Ich vermiete ein möbliertes Zimmer 25m² (ruhig und sonnig) mit Balkon im 3. Stockwerk, mitten im historischen Viertel des Grindelhofs, Rotherbaum. Das Zimmer ist sehr geräumig und komplett eingerichtet. Das andere Zimmer bewohne ich selber, wobei ich geschäftlich auch unterwegs bin.
Die Wohnung selbst besitzt schöne, geschliffene Parkettböden sowie Holzdielen im Flur und in der Küche. Einen traumhaften, restaurierten Stuck in den Wohnräumen, bei einer Deckenhöhe von ca.3,20m. Der Balkon liegt nach Westen. Das Duschbad ist neutral in Weiß verfliest. Die große, zum Essen dienliche Küche, enthält eine Waschmaschine.
Zu vermieten an: vertrauenswürdige, ordentliche Person (Nichtraucher/in), die mit der wunderschönen Altbauwohnung (2 Zi.) respektvoll umgehen kann.
Sehr gute Erfahrungen habe ich mit Teilnehmern des Max-Planck-Institut Referendariat gemacht.
Eine Kaution ist nötig, Personalausweis und Vorauszahlung der Miete.
Bettdecke, Kopfkissen, Bettwäsche und Handtücher sind vorhanden.

I rent a quiet and sunny room with balcony on the 3rd floor, in the middle of the historical quarter of the Grindelhof (Rotherbaum). I live in the other room myself, but I travel a lot on business.
The apartment itself has beautiful, polished parquet floors and wooden floorboards in the hallway and kitchen. A dreamlike, restored stucco in the living rooms, with a ceiling height of approx. 3.20m. The balcony is to the west. The shower bath is tiled neutrally in white. The large kitchen, which can be used for meals, contains a washing machine.
A deposit is necessary, identity card and advance payment of the rent.
Blankets, pillows, bed linen and towels are provided.
Duration: according to agreement.
Mitten im historischen Viertel des Grindelhofs mit seinen kleinen vollständig erhaltenen Straßenzügen, liegt dieses Gebäude nur unweit von einer erstklassigen und lebendigen Infrastruktur und der Uni. Die U-Bahn Hallerstraße und die Buslinien auf der Grindelallee sind in 5-10 Gehminuten erreichbar.
