The room is about 13 square meters, FULLY FURNISHED, faces the backyard and is therefore the quietest room in the flat. It has a large window, so it is very bright and there is always a lot of sun in the evening :)
The room is in the Grindelviertel. Supermarkets, bars etc. are within walking distance. You are also very fast at Schanze, St. Pauli and the Alster.

Since there are only flat shares in the whole house, there is always something going on here and you get to know new people very quickly. Especially if you're new to Hamburg, this is a good place to connect :) A lot of interns, students and job starters are starting their life in Hamburg at Rentzel. Because you would live in the 5th floor it is also very easy to have a calm evening and be on your own.
Right now we are 3 boys and 2 girls in our shared apartment. But at the beginning of the new year there is a change. The 3 boys are leaving (one is going back to the US, one back to Vienna and I will move to my own apartment in Hamburg). Because of this you will not be able to get to know your future roommates. But at the end it is always a good connection between everyone (in the flat and in the whole building).
You can visit the apartment in person or online if you are interested. And it is also possible to move in without a visit (a lot of people here are doing this especially because their coming from abroad).
There is a minimum rental period of 6 months.
You can also move in during December.
