Hallo, ich habe beziehe eine Altbau Wohnung und suche noch einen Untermieter / eine Untermieterin für 2 Zimmer als WG Gründung für eine 80qm Altbau Wohnung in St. Georg / Rostocker Strasse. Bad und Küche renoviert. Wohnung ist im 4. Stock, ich selbst bewohne das durchgehende Doppelzimmer, für den Untermierter / Untermieterin stehen zwei geräumige Zimmer zur Verfügung. Balkon nicht vorhanden. Ich bin 48, getrennt und arbeite im Homeoffice. Bin aber auch mal paar Tage nicht da, da beruflich unterwegs.
