Unsere WG hat ein hübsches Zimmer (Souterrain) in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße in der Schanze zu vermieten. Das Zimmer ist ca. 14 qm groß, und hat zwei große Fenster die es sehr hell machen.
Die Miete beträgt 500€ und beinhaltet schon Wasser, Heizung, Strom und Internet. Nur der Rundfunkbeitrag (geteilt durch alle vier Bewohner*innen) kommt zusätzlich dazu. Der Vermieter verlangt eine Kaution von 500€.

Our WG has a nice room (basement) in a quiet side street in the Schanze for rent. The room is about 14 square meters, and has two large windows that make it very bright.
The rent is 500€ and already includes water, heating, electricity and internet. Only the broadcasting fee (divided by all four residents) is additional. The landlord requires a deposit of 500€.
Die Wohnung liegt im Schanzenviertel an der Grenze zu Eimsbüttel. Die Wohnung ist sehr zentral zwischen Schulterblatt und Sternbrücke gelegen. Zahlreiche Supermärkte (Lidl, Rewe, Edeka, Budni, Denns) sind fußläufig in 5-10 Minuten zu erreichen.
Nächste ÖPNV-Anbindungen zu Fuß:
Bushaltestelle Schulterblatt 3 Minuten zu Fuß, S-Bahn Holstenstraße oder Sternschanze in 10 Minuten, U-Bahn Schlump in 15 Minuten.
Das übliche Nachleben in der Schanze ist natürlich auch optimal erreichbar.

The flat is in the Schanzenviertel on the border to Eimsbüttel. Supermarkets (Lidl, Rewe, Edeka, Budni, Denns) can be reached in 5-10 minutes.
Nearest public transport connections within walking distance:
Bus station Schulterblatt 3 minutes walking distance, S-Bahn Holstenstraße or Sternschanze in 10 minutes, U-Bahn Schlump in 15 minutes.
The usual nightlife in and around Schanze ist of course also very accessible.
In der Wohnung ist eine 4er-WG, die sich über 2 Etagen erstreckt (Hochparterre und Souterrain). Zwei Zimmer, Küche (inkl. Spülmaschine) und Gäste-WC liegen im Hochparterre, zwei Vollbäder sowie dein Zimmer im Souterrain (dort auch Waschmaschine, Trockner und ein zweiter Kühlschrank). Hinter der Wohnung (erreichbar durch das Souterrain) liegt noch eine relativ große Terrasse, die im Sommer gerne genutzt wird.
Mitbewohner*innen sind Chris (31), René (29) und Catherine (28). Alle drei sind berufstätig. Unser WG-Leben gestaltet sich unkompliziert und entspannt. Tagsüber sind wir normalerweise alle gut beschäftigt, aber abends und insbesondere am Wochenende kommen wir gerne auf ein Bier/Wein zusammen, kochen oder schauen Filme.

In the apartment is a 4-person shared apartment, which extends over 2 floors (mezzanine and basement). Two rooms, kitchen (including dishwasher) and guest toilet are located on the mezzanine, two full bathrooms and your room in the basement (there also washing machine, dryer and a second refrigerator). Behind the apartment (accessible through the basement) is a relatively large terrace, which is used in the summer.
Roommates are Chris (31), René (29) and Catherine (28). All three are employed. Our flat-sharing life is uncomplicated and relaxed. During the day we are usually all busy, but in the evenings and especially on weekends we like to get together for a beer/wine, cook or watch movies.
Da alle Bewohner*innen schon ein bisschen älter sind als in der durchschnittlichen Studenten-WG und sie gedenken auch noch länger hier wohnen zu bleiben, werden eher "Student*innen im Endstadium" oder Berufstätige bevorzugt.

Since all residents are a little older than in the average student flat share and all three intend to stay here for the foreseeable future, preference is given to students at the end of their studies or those who are already working.
