- The apartment is fully furnished and ready to move in;
- I got 2 bedrooms (mine and yours), 1 living room, 2 balconies (but the one in your bedroom is under renovation), equipped kitchen and bathroom with bathtub;
- The apartment is very bright, cozy and peaceful.
LOCATION:
Winterhude is a very prestigious area of Hamburg.
We are surrounded by
- bio shops,
- high level restaurants,
- various supermarkets,
- pharmacies,
- medical center
- Kampnagel cultural center (with shows, events and cinema)
Everyhting within 1 min by foot.
We are also 10min walk away from the Alster and we are located between 2 canals (where you can go for Stand up Paddling on summer).
ABOUT ME:
- I am an expat from Latin America working full time as an Account Manager in the engineering industry;
- I lived in 7 different countries and I have been in Europe since 10 years (6 years in Scandinavia, 4 years in Germany);
- I am very friendly, very helpful and very fair (everything will always be equal and 50/50 with me). But I also appreciate respect and cleanliness.
Other than that I am pretty chill, friendly and love chatting after work. But if you need your space I can also respect that, just let me know what kind of person you are and what feels best for you when sharing a flat.
