[Sorry my German isn't too great so I'll have to write this in English]
I'm renting out my room short-term for the month of August. No deposit required, and move-in and move-out dates are flexible (from 28/07/23 - 08/09/23) at no extra cost. The rental price of €280 is a small discount on the amount I pay for rent, so you are getting a good deal. City registration is not possible.
The room is furnished: there is a bed, a wardrobe, a large desk, a rug, a bedside table, and lots of storage space.
There is also a small 'entryway' to the room which contains a sink (see pictures) - super convenient!
The location is amazing:
- 1 minute walk to Borgweg U3 U-bahn
- 3 minutes walk to Stadtpark
- Nice green view out of the window
The flat is really relaxed, with lots of friendly people around but no need to socialise if you don't want to. We have a cleaning rota, and a cleaner also comes a couple of times per week.
The kitchen is quite small, but you have plenty of cupboard, fridge and freezer space.
The living room is large and spacious, with a TV and a very nice large balcony.
There are all the required pots, pans, plates and other kitchen equipment, which you are free to use of course.
I actually pay €294/month, but am offering €280/month for August, so a discount. All bills are included, and I have high-speed internet in my room which you are free to use. Also, you don't need to pay any deposit.
Again, please note this is a short-term rental, just for the month of August and the few days either side.
