Die Wohnung verfügt über eine voll ausgestattete Küche, ein Bad mit Fenster sowie einen Flur mit Garderobe.
Da ich vorrangig aus beruflichen Gründen in Hamburg bin und nun für einige Zeit unterwegs bin, biete ich mein Zimmer zur Untermiete an.
Die Wohnung liegt im 3.OG und ist damit recht hell. Strom, Gas und Internet ist alles bereits geregelt und in der Miete inkludiert.
Das Zimmer ist auf Wunsch teilmöbliert mit einer Schlafcouch und Regal. Kann aber auch gerne leergeräumt werden.

The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with window and a hallway with wardrobe.
Since I am primarily for professional reasons in Hamburg and am now traveling for some time, I offer my room for sublease.
The apartment is located on the 3rd floor and is therefore quite bright. Electricity, gas and internet is all already regulated and included in the rent.
The room is on request partially furnished with a sofa bed and shelf. But can also be cleared empty.
Sehr zentral in Winterhude gelegen, direkt am Kampnagel. 5 Min. bis zum Mühlenkamp.
Anbindung an den ÖPNV: Vor der Tür fährt direkt ein Bus zum Hauptbahnhof und die U-Bahn Station Borgweg ist auch nur 5 Minuten zu Fuß. Zudem gibt´s direkt eine Stadtrad-Station.

Very centrally located in Winterhude, directly at Kampnagel. 5 min. to Mühlenkamp.
Connection to public transport: In front of the door there is a bus to the main station and the subway station Borgweg is also only 5 minutes walk. In addition, there is a city bike station close by.
Du teilst dir die Wohnung mit Jimi. Er ist beruflich auch recht viel unterwegs, sodass du einen Teil der Zeit die Wohnung ganz für dich alleine haben wirst.
Für ein entspanntes Miteinander ist uns Folgendes wichtig:
- Du bist reinlich und gehst pfleglich mit der Wohnung um.
- Du planst keine WG Parties.
- Du bist berufstätig und tagsüber entsprechend unterwegs (im Büro oder wo auch immer).
