This beautiful and spacious room is free from 1st of June!! The available room feels like a one-room apartment within the shared flat so you get the best of both!
The flat is located in an Altbau but it was fully refurbished less than 2 years ago. The high ceilings, skylights and black wooden beams give a great feeling of space and style to the flat which makes living very comfortable. The flat has 5 rooms, two full bathrooms and a really big kitchen (with two fridges, oven, dishwasher, coffee machines, and everything that you may need). Everything is very spacious and the kitchen and dining room area is separated from the rooms by corridors giving extra privacy to the rooms.
As seen and said already the room has space enough, and comes with a double bed, a clothes rack, mirror, clothes drawer, desk and sofa bed.
In the following video you can get a very good feeling for the apartment: Your room would be the first one that is shown in the video (at that time the apartment was of course still empty).

The flat is located in Winterhude, not only one of the most beautiful areas in Hamburg with the Alster, the Stadtpark and the Winterhude canals at a short walking distance, but also super well connected with the other neighbourhoods by the U3 Sierichstrasse station, which is only 3 minutes walking from the flat.
Also supermarkets, cafés, bars, restaurants, and small shops are all 10min walking distance from the flat!

Mireia (29), from Barcelona, always positive vibe and open to chat and meet new people. Ian (25) nice and funny lad, from the UK! He enjoys football a lot! And Konstantin (27), cool guy from Köln who enjoys going to the gym a lot and exploring new areas in Hamburg. There is currently one more room that someone new is moving into soon, that's why here is only the description of the 3 remaining flatmates :).
We like to socialize, go out to eat, play board games, cook together or do something whenever we have the time. But of course you have your privacy whenever you feel like it as well!
We are looking for someone with a positive mindset to share an occasional meal or drink with at the end of the week or after a day's work.
I am selling some pieces of my furniture, including the huge closet (which provides amazing storage room and a large mirror), the desk (perfectly fitted for the corner with the beams in front of the window), and the large Kallax shelf.
I might also sell my bed and sleeping couch which I just bought new 6 months ago (to be discussed).
