In the house, there is a total of four single rooms on the first and second floors. Our landlord lives on the ground floor which is separated completely from our space. Your future room is the small one that is fully furnished. It's very bright as the window is to the east. There is also a living room, big bathroom, little kitchen and terrace for summertime. There is also another working place for a home office which was used as our landlord's office before.
You will find complete equipment in the place including towels, bedclothes, and kitchen utensils.
The house is located in a very safe, quiet and green area of the city with a nice neighborhood. There are little lakes and forest around. Close to our place there are supermarkets, drugstores, bank, medical service, fitness, cafes and restaurants... that are reachable by bike or by tram. It takes 8 min on foot to the tram and it needs 17 minutes to the main station/city.
We are looking for a new tenant as I am moving out. You will live with 2 very nice Ph.D. students in Mathematics: Alexandro from Italy, and Miguel from Mexico. Alexandro likes to drink wine and whiskey. He loves bouldering. Miguel likes to read books and loves learning different languages like Spanish, German, English, French, Russian, and Chinese (There're more but I don't remember).
At the end of the day, we used to sit in the living room and talk about everything. You are very much free to do whatever you like.
Our landlady will help us to clean the place every week and change the bedding monthly.
Everything is already included in the rental price (even detergent and toilet paper).
