A well connected house with all facilities. The house is 10 mins from the city center. Heating and internet is included in the rent. Washing machine is also included. Currently there are two people living. I bought the furniture after coming here so would be selling it to the tenent for a nominal price.
All inclusive rent is 412 € per month and
Deposit is 960€. The furnitures in the room were bought by me so it will be sold to the person taking over. Cost is 400€

The house is 10 mins slow walk from hauptbahnhof. The local bus stop is a minute grom the house. The hauptbahnhof is 8 mins by walk and 3-4 mins by cycle. Aldi, kaufland and rewe are 3 mins each by walk.
The flatmates are two boys. Each mind their pwn business. Nick and jack are each confined to their individual rooms and approachable and friendly. Both of then are in there early 20s. One is studing in thr uni and other is working in a private sector.
