ich suche eine weibliche Mitbewohnerin ab Anfang Dezember 2013 (evtl. auch früher) für ein 16 qm möbliertes Zimmer in der Nähe der Medizinischen Hochschule. Die 280 Euro Miete pro Monat sind inklusive Nebenkosten, Heizung, Warmwasser, Strom und Internet. Die Kaution beträgt 300 Euro. Ich suche bevorzugt nach einer unbefristeten Mieterin, es ist jedoch auch eine Zwischenmiete möglich.

Hi,
I am looking for a female roommate for a 16 sqm room near Hannover Medical School, starting from December 1st (earlier might be possible). The rent is 280 Euro per month including running costs, heating, warmwater, electricity and internet. The caution is 300 Euro. I am preferrably looking for someone who is searching for an open-ended contract, however, interim tenency is possible as well.
