hallo ich bin steffen und suche einen neuen mitbewohner/in! ich studiere bau-ingwesen im 3 semester. die wohnung hat ca 75 m². ich biete dir ein eigenes zimmer welches einen grossen vorteil hat: im sommer ist es richtig gut klimatisiert d.h. man zerfliesst nicht beim lesen. die wohnung hat 3 zimmer also ist auch ein grosse 24 m² gemeinsamer wohnraum vorhanden und sollten mal richtig viele leute da sein ist ja der flur auch noch da wo ein sofa steht. waschmachine etc ist alles schon vorhanden, warten nur noch auf benutzung.
etwas zu mir: bin raucher,fussballfan und höre für mein leben gern musik(punk,ska,rock)und alle die bei mir waren sagen ich bin ordentlich!ps: kochen kann ich auch!
freu mich über alle antworten.
