Das Zimmer welches zur Untervermietung frei ist, ist mit 17 Quadratmetern das Größte der Wohnung.
Es hat zwei große Fenster die zur Straße in Richtung Süd-West gerichtet und hat so den ganzen Tag viel Tageslicht. Das Haus ist Hochpaterre gebaut und deshalb kann von der Straße und dem Bürgersteig aus nicht ins Zimmer gesehen werden.
Die Wände sind weiß gestrichen. In dem Zimmer sind Gardinenstangen angebracht und ein ikea Pax Kleiderschrank, der gerne benutzt werden kann aber bei bedarf auch rausgenommen werden kann.
In der Küche gibt es zusätzlich zu dem was auf dem Foto zu sehen ist, die Waschmaschine,
einen Kühlschrank, einen kleinen Aufsatzofen und einen Esstisch mit zwei Stühlen (und natürlich alles mögliche an Küchenutensilien).
Der Balkon geht in Nord-Ost Richtung und man schaut in den sehr grünen Innenhof.
Das Badezimmer ist zwar nicht besonders geräumig, lässt sich durch das große Fenster jedoch super lüften.

The room that is available for subletting is the largest in the apartment at 17 square meters. It has two large windows facing the street in a south-west direction and so has plenty of natural light all day long. The house is built on a raised floor and therefore cannot be seen into the room from the street or sidewalk. The walls are painted white. There are curtain rods in the room and an ikea Pax wardrobe, which can be used but can also be removed if necessary. In the kitchen, in addition to what can be seen in the photo, there is the washing machine, a refrigerator, a small countertop oven and a dining table with two chairs (and of course all sorts of kitchen utensils). The balcony faces north-east and you look into the very green inner courtyard. Although the bathroom is not particularly spacious, it can be easily ventilated through the large window.
