WICHTIG: Das Zimmer kann nur an Studierende der Universität Heidelberg vermietet werden, die im Optimalfall schon auf der Warteliste des Studierendenwerks stehen. Wir würden an diesem Freitag, den 15.09.2023, Besichtigungen machen. Schreibt uns am besten direkt in eure Nachricht, wann ihr vorbeikommen könntet.
Das Zimmer ist 23qm groß, in einem schönen sanierten Altbau. Es ist hell und hat eine wunderschöne Aussicht auf die Plöck und den Philosophenweg. Das Zimmer wird grundsätzlich unmöbliert vermietet, wobei wegen eines WG-internen Umzugs die Abnahme einiger Möbel von einer Mitbewohnerin gewünscht wäre (für ca. um die 50 Euro).
IMPORTANT NOTE: We can only consider you if you are a student at the University of Heidelberg who has in the best case already applied for a room with Studierendenwerk Heidelberg. Furthermore, we would like to arrange viewings this friday, the 15th of September. Please tell us in your message which time would suit you best!
The room is in a wonderful old building. It's spacious and bright and offers a wonderful view over the Old Town and the Philosophenweg. The room itself is not furnitured, although it would be appreciated if some furniture could be purchased by a roommate that is moving out for a very reasonable price (appr. around 50 euro)
Die Lage des Hauses ist perfekt: Zwischen Bismarckplatz (8 min Fußweg) und Universitätsplatz (5 min Fußweg) gelegen erreicht man alle Ziele in der Altstadt schnell zu Fuß. Eine Bushaltestelle ist 3 min entfernt, so dass man auch schnell ins Neuenheimer Feld und zu anderen Zielen in HD gelangen kann! Fußläufig sind auch mehrere Supermärkte (Penny, tegut, REWE, Aldi) zu erreichen.
The location of the house is perfect: Situated between Bismarckplatz (8 min to go) and University Square (5 min to go) every destination in the Old Town can be reached fast by foot. There's a bus stop 3 min distant from the house, so also destinations like Neuenheimer Feld or other parts of HD can be reached fast! Moreover, there are a lot of supermarkets nearby which can be reached by foot.
Wir sind eine offene und vielfältige 7-Personen-WG, die gerne zusammen in der Küche Zeit verbringt und plaudert. Die Wohnung verfügt über zwei Badezimmer, sodass es insofern noch nie Probleme gab. Auch Deutsch-Lernende sind gerne willkommen, jeder in der WG spricht gut Englisch. Alles sehr entspannt. Was uns aber sehr wichtig ist, ist eine offene Kommunikation und eine gewisse Grundsauberkeit, unser über die Jahre ausgeklügelter Putzplan muss also beachtet werden. ;-)
The flatmates are very nice and friendly! We are all students who are open-minded and helpful. If you are a foreigner and only beginning to learn German, don't hesitate to apply, everyone here speaks English. There are two bathrooms and we all leave the house at different times so we never had problems with using the bathrooms. Cleanliness is important to us, over our time together we have worked out a cleaning schedule, compliance with which is observed. ;-)
Der Mietzins von 350 Euro ist ein "All-inclusive-Paket", da es sich um eine Wohnung des Studierendenwerks handelt. Es fallen also keine Extrakosten für Wasser, Strom oder Gas an. WG-intern teilen wir uns noch die Kosten für WLAN und GEZ, womit weitere 10 Euro monatlich anfallen.
Was die Ausstattung angeht, haben wir eine voll ausgestattete Küche, eine Badewanne und eine Waschmaschine im Keller.
The rent of 350 euro per month includes water, electricity and gas. The only thing adding up is WiFi and GEZ, therefore you would have to pay another 10 euro per month to one of the roommates.
The kitchen is fully equipped and there is also a bathtub in the apartment and a washing machine.
