Hallo, ich bin Fernando und vermiete mein helles 16qm Zimmer in HD Bergheim für 2 Monate, November+ Dezember - evtl. könnte es auch dauerhaft werden (das kann ich jetzt leider noch nicht sagen). Es ist bereits möbliert: Bett, Schreibtisch, Stuhl, Schrank, Regal, Fernseher. Das Zimmer hat eine der zwei türen zum Balkon und Fenster mit teilweise Sicht auf den Neckar.
Hey, I'm Fernando and I'm renting out my bright 16sqm room in HD Bergheim for 2 months, November + December - possibly permanently, which, unfortunately, I don't know yet. It's already fully furnished: bed, desk, chair, wardrobe, shelve, TV. The room has got one of the two doors to the balcony and the windows offer a partial view on the Neckar.
Die Wohnung hat eine komplett ausgestattete Küche mit sogar zwei Kühlschränken und einem Geschirrspüler. Es gibt ein Bad mit Badewanne. Die Waschmaschine steht im Keller. Und es gibt einen großen Balkon.
The flat comes with a fully equipped kitchen, even two fridges and a dish washer. There is one bathroom with bathtub. The washing machine you'll find in the basement. And there is a spacious balcony.
Die Wohnung befindet sich in der Nähe des Wehrstegs mit dem Bus sind es 5mins zum HBF, 10mins zum Bismarckplatz und 15mins zur Altstadt - mit dem Fahrrad natürlich schneller. Das Neuenheimerfeld ist nur ein Katzensprung entfernt.
The flat is located close to the Wehrsteg and by bus it's only 5mins to the main station, 10mins to Bismarckplatz, 15mins to the old town - of course it's quicker by bike. The Neuenheimerfeld is only a stone's throw away.
In der WG leben bereits 3 tolle Mitbewohner: Ana, Odette und Adrian. Akademisch bieten sie ein breites Spektrum von Natur- und Geisteswissenschaften und sie kommen aus Spanien, Ecuador und Walldorf. Wir sprechen Deutsch, Spanisch und/ oder Englisch daheim. Wir sind keine Zweck-WG, aber auch keine Party-WG und wir halten die Wohnung sauber! Das Zusammenleben ist sehr entspannt und jeder kann seine Ruhe haben und trotzdem sind wir alle immer offen für etwas Unterhaltung. Wir sind natürlich alle beschäftigt, aber wenn es sich ergibt unternehmen wir sehr gerne etwas zusammen (kochen, quatschen, was trinken, weggehen, Ausflüge) und die andern sind auch wunderbare Travel Buddies. :)
There are already 3 great flatmates living in our WG: Ana, Odette and Adrian. They cover the academic fields of science, humantities and education and they're from Spain, Ecuador and Walldorf. We speak German, Spanish and/ or English at home. It's a true WG and we keep the flat clean! Our community is quite chilled and still we're all always ready for some entertainment. We're all quite busy, but also like to do something together when we find the time (cooking, having a chat, having a drink, going out) and they all make amazing travel buddies, too. :)
Wie in den Angaben wären es 400€ pro Monat (Miete+alle Nebenkosten) und 500€ Kaution.
Wir werden die Besichtigungen + Gespräche am Donnerstag (21.10.) abends durchführen, wenn du Zeit und Interesse hast melde dich gerne und schreib uns etwas über dich und wie du dir das Zusammenleben vorstellst.
As indicated the room would be 400€ per month (all costs included) and a deposit of 500€.
