It's a furnished, hardwood floor room. It has a very nice view of green and takes lots of sunshine.
Bathroom and kitchen are used commonly with two other tennants. There are three stories in the building. Second and third floor belomg to WG. There are 3 rooms in the second floor and two athe the third. In total there are 5 rooms in the WG. This room is located at the third.
The room is available as long as this ad stays online.
The neighbourhood is really calm and public transportation is very good. S-Bahn is only 7 minutes walking distance. There is Netto and Kaufland nearby. And there is not so hard to find a park place if you have a car.
It's a mixture of a student WG and working WG. While two of us are working the other two are students in the Heidelberg University. There is a good balance in the WG between us. When you want to do some activities with the others it's so welcoming, while you need to study or not want to be disturbed you can be sure that nobody will disturb you.
There is no total rent. Everybody has their own contract with the landlord. Everything's included to the rent. There is a good Wi-Fi connection.
