Das Zimmer ist wunderschön.Es hat zwei große Fenster, beläuft sich auf ca 20 qm und ist vollmöbliert (Bett, Schreibtisch, Kommode, Regal, Schrank, Nachttisch, Beamer). Es ist super hell und ab (nach)mittags scheint die Sonne direkt rein. Durch eine Zwischentür zur WG, hat man etwas mehr Privatsphäre, wenn man sich zurückziehen möchte.
The room is beautiful and spacious. It has has two big windows and about 20 square meters. The room is fully furnished (bed, desk, dresser, wardrobe, couch, beamer). It is a really bright and warm room, with lots of light. There is an additional door which can be closed and create some more privacy.
Die Verkehrsanbindung könnte durch die Sichtnähe zum Hauptbahnhof besser nicht sein (Haltestelle Stadtwerke, Ringstrasse, Hauptbahnhof). Von Supermärkten bis zum gemütlichen Wochenmarkt über Cafés und Restaurants findet sich alles in der näheren Nachbarschaft.
You can literally see the central station out of your window and the Apartment is close to ‚Stadtwerke‘ as well. We have supermarkets and cafes close by, as well as a weekly market.
Liebe Menschen,
Wir (Clara, Gi, Ole, Onur) leben in dieser Wohnung unterschiedlich lange und haben sie sehr lieb gewonnen. Leider müssen wir uns aber Ende November von ihr trennen, weil die Wohnung verkauft wird. Das bedeutet, dass das Zimmer von JUNI-NOVEMBER vermietet wird.
Die Wohnung verfügt über ein geräumiges Bad mit WC, Dusche und Badewanne, sowie ein extra Gäste WC und in unserer grossen Küche ist viel Platz. Morgens scheint die Sonne direkt rein und der morgendliche Kaffee/Tee macht doppelt so viel Spass. Eine wichtige Info: in der Küche wird geraucht, was in den Zimmern passiert ist Mensch selbst überlassen.
Unser WG Leben ist bunt, wir sprechen türkisch, chinesisch, deutsch und englisch und sind offen für weitere Bereicherungen im Alltag.
Die Hausgemeinschaft ist super und wir verstehen uns im gesamten Haus gut miteinander.
Dear people,
Some of us (Clara, Gi, Ole, Onur) have been living in this apartment for a while now and we really love it a lot, unfortunately we have to move out at the end of November, because the apartment is being sold.
The apartment has a large bathroom, including a toilt, a shower, a bathtub and a seperate guest toilet. We have a big kitchen, flodded by sunlight in the morning until the afternoon. An improtant information: we do smoke in the kitchen, what ever happens in your room is your own choice.
Our WG life is colourful, we speak turkish, chinese, german and english and are open for more enrichment in our everyday life.
The house community is nice and we all get along well and help each other out in times of need.
Wir sind alle beruftätig und/oder in den letzten Zügen und Abgaben an der Uni. Gemeinsame Abende sind dadurch rarer gesäht, aber immer herzlich willkommen! Wir mögen uns wirklich gerne und leben zum Teil seit vielen Jahren zusammen. Uns ist es wichtig, mit Menschen zusammen zu leben, die einen respektvollen Umgang mit den Menschen, aber auch mit der Wohnung und ihrem Inhalt pflegen. Diskriminierung, Sexismus und Rassismen jeglicher Art haben hier keinen Platz.
We are all working or finishing our studies at the university. We do like to sit together in the kitchen and like each other, which is important and this is what makes this house our home.
It is important for us, to live with people that treat people respectfully, same goes for the apartment and it's belongings. Discrimination, sexism and any sort of racism have no space here.
