Ich ziehe Ende des Jahres nach Berlin, und bei dieser Gelegenheit wird mein wunderschönes Zimmer in der Heidelberger Weststadt frei.
Als Datum oben steht 21. Dezember, ich bin da aber flexible, und es kann ein wenig früher sein, oder später, z.B. Anfang Januar 2020.
Mein Zimmer ist sehr groß und hell. Schlaf- und Wohnbereiche sind getrennt, es gibt eine sehr große Terrasse mit Ausblick auf den Gaisberg. Das Zimmer ist eigentlich mehr als 60m² groß, nur durch die Dachschräge sind es um die 32m². Im Schlafbereich passt ein Bett (bis 120x200cm groß + genug Raum für einen Nachttisch), was für eine Person sehr angenehm ist und für zwei Personen immer noch gemütlich. Die Vorhänge sorgen dafür, dass man ein bisschen abschalten kann und nicht die ganze Zeit auf die Garderobe gucken muss. Acht (!) Fenster sorgen dafür, dass man ständig genug Licht hat. Es gibt eine sehr große Terrasse mit wunderschönem Blick auf die Hügel.
Die Wohnung liegt im 4. OG und hat vier Zimmer, eine angenehme Wohnküche und getrenntes Bad und WC. Im Bad gibt es Dusche und Badewanne.

I'm moving to Berlin at the end of the year, and my beautiful room in the central neighbourhood of Weststadt in Heidelberg is available.
The date above says from December 21st, but I'm flexible and it can be a bit earlier or later, eg. beginning of January 2020.
My room is very big and bright. There is a living room part and a sleeping room part, and there is a very big balcony with an amazing view onto the Gaisberg. The room is actually more than 60m², but because of the ceiling sloping, you have something like 32m² (which is still huge). There is space for a bed of a very comfortable size (140x200cm + still some space for a bedside table), which is nice for one person and it's still cozy for two people. I have nice curtains to cut yourself off from the rest of the room when you need to and eight (!) windows that make sure that you always have enough light. There is a really big terrace with a beautiful view onto the hills.
The apartment is on the 4th floor, has 4 rooms and a very comfy kitchen. Toilets and bathroom are separate and in the bathroom you can find both a bathtub and a shower.

Der S-Bahnhof Weststadt/Südstadt ist 3min zu Fuß entfernt, und direkt vor der Haustür fahren die Buslinien 29 & 39 (Haltestelle Kaiserstraße). Innerhalb von 5min ist man auch bei der Haltestelle Christuskirche, mitten in der Weststadt.
Direkt vor der Tür befinden sich Nahkauf, Alnatura und eine Eisdiele(!), am Ende der Straße ist auch eine Tanke (2min zu Fuß), und sonst gibt es auch den REWE im Carré (Seegarten/Bismarckplatz; weniger als 10min zu Fuß). In der Straße findest du auch viele verschiedene Bäckereien, die Konditorei Zimmermann und erstaunlich viele Friseursalons :)
Die Weststadt bietet eine angenehme Umgebung, ruhig und entspannt, trotzdem sehr zentral und dennoch naturnah.

The S-Bahn station "Weststadt/Südstadt" is 3min away by foot, and 10 meters from the entrance you can find the bus stop "Kaiserstraße", with the lines 29 & 39. In a walking distance of 5min you can also get to the tram station "Christuskirche".
You can find Nahkauf and Alnatura directly in front of the house (for easy grocery shopping) and also an ice cream shop(!). At the end of the street (2min by foot) you can find a gas station, and there is the REWE near Bismarckplatz in a walking distance of 10min. You can also find a lot of different bakers nearby.
The Westadt is a nice environment, relaxed and calm, but still very central and near the nature at the same time.

Du wirst mit Minou, Hanno und Bente wohnen. Alle drei studieren: Dolmetscherei, Jura und Islamwissenschaften.
Wir verbringen gerne Zeit gemeinsam in der Küche, kochen und quatschen viel.

MIETE
Ich zahle pro Monat 560€ warm. Enthalten sind Heizkosten und Strom, aber nicht die Internet- und Rundfunk-Beträge. Mit dem Mieterwechsel wird der Vermieter vermutlich die Kaltmiete um 10% erhöhen, d.h. du zahlst vermutlich dann 600€ warm pro Monat. Dafür ist eine Heizungpauschale inklusive.
KONTAKT
Da ich (Areski) immer von 15 Uhr bis 23 Uhr arbeite, sind Mails am einfachsten. Wir können aber auch ein Termin ausmachen und telefonieren :) Beim Kennenlerngespräch kennst du dann die Mitbewohner*innen kennen und kannst dir das Zimmer anschauen. Wir können auch dann besprechen, ob du die Couch behalten willst oder nicht, die Vorhänge und ein paar andere Sachen die ich mitnehmen kann wenn sie dich stören, oder da lassen kann wenn du sie gut gebrauchen kannst.
Schreibe in der Mail am liebsten auch ein paar Zeilen zu dir (was du gerne machst, was du dir für ein WG-Leben vorstellst, was dich ausmacht), sodass wir schon ein Gefühl dafür bekommen, wer du bist. :)

RENT
I pay a little bit more than 560€ a month. Included are heating and electricity, but not internet and radio/TV. The landlord will probably take the opportunity of the change of tenant to increase the "cold" rent by 10%, meaning you'd probably pay 600€/month. But that includes a flatrate for the heating, which is nice.

Because I (Areski) always work from 15:00 to 23:00, I prefer to get emails, it makes it easier. But we can also make an appointment and call :) We then can make an appointment to get to know each other and the flat a little bit, and you'll meet the flatmates too. We'll take the opportunity to show you the room and talk about things like couch, curtains, etc.: things that I can take with me, but that you can also keep if they'd be useful to you.
Write a few things in the email about yourself, so that we can have a picture of who you are. :)
