Im Hexenhaus wird ein Zimmer frei!

Ab dem 01.06.2022 wird in unserer idyllischen kleinen „Villa der Subkulturen“ ein Platz zum Wohlfühlen frei. Ggfs. auch schon etwas früher.

Das Zimmer ist 14 m² groß und kostet warm 250 € (inkl. Strom, Telefon/Internet, Wasser, etc.).
Du kannst es dir bei Einzug einrichten und nach Bedarf neu streichen (Kalkfarbe).

WIR sind ein bunter Haufen, bestehend aus 5 Menschen zwischen 7 und 42 Jahren, zwei Hunden, einem Kater und Daniel Düsentrieb in der Wohnung unterm Dach.
Wir sind mal mehr und mal weniger chaotisch.
Mal faul, mal fleißig.
Mal in Partystimmung, mal am Gammeln.
Mal glücklich, mal traurig.
Mal zusammen, mal allein.
JedeR wird als das akzeptiert was er/sie ist.
TOLERANZ wird bei uns großgeschrieben.

Unsere „Villa“ hat alles, was Mensch braucht: zwei Bäder, eine Küche (mit Spülmaschine), ein kleiner Balkon, eine frisch gebaute Dachterrasse, Waschküche (WaMa, Trockner) sowie einen Keller.
Außerdem kommen wir in den Genuss eines großen Hofes mit Bauwagen, einem Sommerwohnzimmer, einer Fahrradwerkstatt und einem Garten mit vielen Obstbäumen und einer Feuerstelle inkl. Grill.

Wir freuen uns auch über weitere tierische Mitbewohner, solange diese sich mit den Vorhandenen und mit dem Kind verstehen.

Heuchelheim ist mit dem Rad in etwa 10 Minuten vom Stadtzentrum Gießen aus zu erreichen und mit dem Bus 24 in ca. 15 Minuten. Der Bus 24 fährt unter der Woche alle halbe Stunde, zu Stoßzeiten 4-mal die Stunde. Eine Busdirektanbindung zum Bahnhof gibt es über die Linien 41 und 42. PKW können vor dem Haus geparkt werden.
Im Ort gibt es einen Rewe (5 min. zu Fuß vom Haus), Apotheke, Ärzte und Tierärzte, Post, Bäcker, Metzger, kleine Geschäfte für Allerlei, Döner, Pizza und ein Chinarestaurant, Billard- und Schischabar.

Der See ist auch gleich um die Ecke. ;-)

From June 1st, 2022, a place to relax will be available in our idyllic little "Villa of Subcultures". possibly also a bit earlier.

The room is 14 m² and costs €250 warm (incl. electricity, telephone/internet, water, etc.).
You can set it up when you move in and repaint it as needed (lime paint).

WE are a colorful bunch, consisting of 5 people between 7 and 42 years, two dogs, a tomcat and Daniel "Düsentrieb" in the apartment under the roof.
We are sometimes more and sometimes less chaotic.
Sometimes lazy, sometimes busy.
Sometimes in a party mood, sometimes hanging around.
Sometimes happy, sometimes sad.
Sometimes together, sometimes alone.
Everyone is themselves and is accepted as such. TOLERANCE is very important to us.

Our "Villa" has everything a person needs: two bathrooms, a kitchen (with dishwasher), a small balcony, a newly built roof terrace, laundry room (WaMa, dryer) and a cellar.
We also enjoy a large courtyard with a trailer, a summer living room, a bicycle workshop and a garden with many fruit trees and a fireplace including a grill.

We are also happy to have more animal roommates, as long as they get along with the existing ones and with the child.

Heuchelheim can be reached by bike in about 10 minutes from Gießen city center and by bus 24 in about 15 minutes. Bus 24 runs every half hour during the week and four times an hour during peak times. There is a direct bus connection to the train station via lines 41 and 42. Cars can be parked in front of the house.
In the village there is a Rewe (5 min. Walk from the house), pharmacy, doctors and veterinarians, post office, baker, butcher, small shops for all kinds of things, doner kebabs, pizza and a Chinese restaurant, billiard and shishabar.

The lake is also just around the corner. ;-)
