Wir haben ab sofort ein Zimmer in einer 3er WG zu vergeben. Die Wohnung hat 2 Etagen. 2 Zimmer, Bad und Küche in der Unteren und 1 Zimmer obendrüber.
In der WG gibt es DSL 3000 aber nur einen Analogtelefonanschluss und Antennenanschluss. IP-fone is noch in arbeit :) Weiterhin gibts ne Eckbadewanne...
Der vorteil an dem Zimmer ist, das jeder einen Einzelmietvertrag hat. heißt: wenn einer auszieht, bezahlen die anderen nicht mehr.
Warm kostet das Zimmer 185 Euro, dazu kommen 25 Euro Strom und 15 euro Telefon und DSL.
Zur Uni sinds 10 min mit dem Rad. Einkaufen kann man auch nebenan.
