Es ist ein großes, helles Zimmer mit vielen Fenstern. Die Wohnung ist geräumig und bietet viel Platz für gemeinsame Aktivitäten. Die Zimmerwände wurden frisch gestrichen und sind in sehr gutem Zustand. Die große Tischplatte in der Ecke des Raumes eignet sich perfekt für einen Schreibtisch. Internet liegt in der kompletten Wohnung per Wlan oder Kabel an. Außerdem verfügt die WG über eine Waschmaschine und einen Geschirrspüler.
It is a large, bright room with many windows. The apartment is quite spacious and invites to common activities. The walls in the room have been freshly painted and are in very good condition. The large tabletop in the corner of the room is perfect for a desk. Internet is available in the entire apartment via wifi or cable. In addition, the WG has a washing machine and a dishwasher.
Die Wohnung befindet sich in der Ilmenauer Innenstadt. Der Bahnhof ist circa 10 Minuten und die Universität 20 Minuten per Fuß entfernt. Es gibt viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe der Wohnung. Parkmöglichkeiten sind auch ausreichend vorhanden.
The apartment is located in the Ilmenau city center. The train station is about 10 minutes away and the university 20 minutes by foot. There are many shopping facilities (especially for groceries) near the apartment. Parking is also available around the apartment.
Die WG-Bewohner kommen aus verschiedenen Ländern und studieren alle and der TU. Alle sind freundlich, aufgeschlossen und hilfsbereit. Man trifft sich fast täglich in der Küche und beim gemeinsamen Kochen führen wir interessante Gespräche.
The residents come from different countries, all study at the TU. Everyone is friendly, open-minded and helpful. We meet in the kitchen almost every day and have interesting conversations while cooking together.
Das WG-Zimmer wird unmöbliert angeboten, der Tisch ist aber fest verankert und bleibt so Bestandteil des Zimmers. Das Zimmer kann ab sofort bezogen werden. Es gibt einen gemeinsamen Putzplan, nachdem die Wohnung sauber gehalten wird.
The room is offered unfurnished, but the table is fixed and remains part of the room. It is possible to move in right away. There is a common cleaning schedule after which the apartment is kept clean.
