Mit 21m² bietet dieses Zimmer viel Platz für kreative Einrichtungsideen. Das Zimmer hat auch hohe Decken (wenn man also noch mehr Platz haben möchte, ist ein Hochbett eine gute Idee).
Das Zimmer hat eine große Fensterfront und ist daher natürlich hell. Ein großer Vorteil des Zimmers ist, dass es direkt neben der Küche und dem angrenzenden Bad liegt - kurze Wege!

With 21m², this room offers a lot of space for creative furnishing. The room also has high ceilings (so if you want even more space, a loft bed is a good idea).
The room has a large window front and is therefore naturally bright. A big advantage of the room is that it is right next to the kitchen and the adjoining bathroom - short distances!
Die Lage könnte nicht besser sein! Das Kaufland, der Bahnhof und das Stadtzentrum sind gleich um die Ecke, und der Campus ist in nur 20 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen (5 Minuten mit dem Fahrrad).
Ein großer kostenloser Parkplatz ist ebenfalls nur 5 Gehminuten entfernt. Seit kurzem befindet sich auch das städtische Hallenbad gleich um die Ecke.
The location could not be better! Kaufland, the train station and the city centre are right around the corner, and it only takes about 20 minutes to walk to campus (5 minutes by bike).
A large free car park is also only a 5-minute walk away. Recently, the municipal indoor swimming pool is also right around the corner.
Wie man auf den Bildern sehen kann, ist unsere Wohnung schon lange eine WG und viele ehemalige WG-Bewohner haben hier ihre (kreative) Ader ausgelebt. Dementsprechend mangelt es nicht an Küchenutensilien und lustigen Entdeckungen. Die Küche selbst bietet viele Sitzgelegenheiten und auch eine Spülmaschine. Wenn jemand in der Wohngemeinschaft seine Ruhe haben möchte, ist das natürlich kein Problem.
