Hi everyone!
We are searching for a new flatmate in our 4er WG! 🏠 The flat is spacious and offers a common living room, dining room and a nice kitchen (with oven, microwave, electrical stove, but sadly no dishwasher). We have a shared shower and toilet. It is located in Höttinger Au, 5 minutes from the city centre and next to the river. We have a lot of plants instead of a tv, and have a balcony that is in the west, which means we get to enjoy the afternoon sun there! ☀️🌿
The room is roughly 12m2, with a window with a nice view of Nordkette. Furniture can be taken over for a small price. 🛏️
There are a lot of build in cabinets in the flat, which leaves a lot of room for storing (sports-)equipment.
The flat has a free parking lot, but a spot is never guaranteed! 🚘
You would get to share the flat with Karlijn, 27, Dutch, working in the lab for hollu, big fan of skiing and beachvolleybal, but also does climbing, hiking and klettersteigs, Janine, 23, Austrian, likes to listen to music, read and rollerskate, and Mateus, 20, Brazilian sports climber and route setter. 🧗🏻♂️ Common language is mostly english, but german is also fine! (Or dutch/portuguese, if you are able to 🤓)
