We are looking for a new roommate for our 3 person apartment in the Anichstraße. The room is 20 square meters and will cost around 550 euros monthly, including utilities. The room will have to be rented from April 1st.
The apartment is very spacious and feels cosy to us. As the current roommate is leaving and taking a lot of stuff with him, we are looking to upgrade the apartment a little bit. We also have a guest room, where we usually let visiting friends and family stay over.
We, Ivan and Charlie, are 28 and 30 years old, and both currently working. We kinda live our own individual lives, but whenever we meet up or do things in the apartment it feels pretty intimate and cosy. We sometimes go out for skiing, a party or a walk and We also enjoy organising pretty exciting dinner parties.
We are looking for someone who is somewhat around our age, and can see themselves joining our WG life. We will be organising viewings this week, and hope to reach a decision asap, as april 1st is pretty close.
