Ich suche ab dem 01.05.2024 einen Nachmieter für mein Zimmer. Das Zimmer ist etwa 25 m2 groß und verfügt über eine Loggia von 6,51 m2. Die monatliche Miete beträgt 570€ warm und inklusive Internet, Strom, ...
Obwohl sich das Zimmer in einem Studentenheim (Uni-Brücke) befindet, fühlt es sich eher wie eine WG an. Das Badezimmer und die Waschmaschine teilen wir uns zu zweit, die Küche und Wohnzimmer wird gemeinschaftlich genutzt. Das hat soweit gut funktioniert und im Wohnzimmer war es immer sehr gesellig.
Die Wohnung befindet sich im 4. Stock, es gibt aber einen Aufzug der direkt in die Wohnung führt. Die Haltestelle "Fürstenweg" ist direkt vor der Türe und die Hauptuniversität und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind zu Fuß in ein paar Minuten erreichbar. Ein Plus ist der Blick von der Loggia auf die Nordkette und den Inn.
Im Badezimmer (3,66 m2) befindet sich eine Dusche, Toilette und Wschmaschine. Im Zimmer enthalten ist ein Kleiderschrank, Schreibtisch, Bett mit Nachttisch und ein Stuhl (ohne Ablöse). Wenn gewünscht, kann man aber auch seine eigenen Möbel mitbringen.

I am looking for a new tenant for my room from May 1st, 2024. The room is approximately 25 m2 in size and has a loggia of 6.51 m2. The monthly rent is €570 warm and includes internet, electricity, ... plus cleaning service of sharing area once a week.
Although the room is in a student residence (Uni-Brücke), it feels more like a shared apartment. The two of us share the bathroom and washing machine, and the kitchen and living room are shared. It worked well so far and it was always very sociable in the living room.
The apartment is on the 4th floor, but there is an elevator that leads directly to the apartment. The “Fürstenweg” stop is right in front of the door and the main university and shopping opportunities can be reached on foot in a few minutes. A plus is the view from the loggia of the Nordkette and the Inn.
The bathroom (3.66 m2) has a shower, toilet and washing machine. The room includes a wardrobe, desk, bed with bedside table and a chair (no fee). If desired, you can also bring your own furniture.
