gemütliches Zimmer in 5er WG :) 395.- all inclusive

Hey ihr WG-Suchenden da draußen,

da Anfang Mai ein Mitbewohner auszieht, suchen wir ein neues WG Mitglied ab den 01.05.2024 (später ist auch möglich). Unsere charmante Altbauwohnung besteht aus 5 Zimmern, 2 Bädern, einem sonnigen Balkon zur Südseite und Allem was dazu gehört. Es gibt diverse Abstellmöglichkeiten für Fahrräder und ein Kellerabteil ist auch dabei. Da die Wohnung direkt am Hauptbahnhof liegt, haben wir perfekte Anbindung und sind nur ein paar Gehminuten von der Innenstadt entfernt.

Das Zimmer hat kleine aber feine 9qm, ist mit einem Hochbett ausgestattet und zu unserem schönen Innenhof gerichtet. Außerdem hat es wie alle Zimmer hohe Altbaudecken und einen Parkettboden. Da das Zimmer neben der Küche und dem Balkon liegt, herrscht viel Bewegung, womit du im Idealfall kein Problem haben solltest ;) Damit sich also alle wohlfühlen können, ist eine offene Kommunikation schon sehr wichtig.

Zu uns:
Wir sind ein aufgeschlossener, bunter Haufen Menschen, Toleranz wird bei uns groß geschrieben. Ein ungezwungenes und gemeinschaftliches WG leben ist uns sehr wichtig. Dabei sind unsere Grundwerte:

- LGBTQIA+ friendly
- vegan/vegetarian (kein muss)
- keine Zweck-WG aber trotzdem ungezwungen
- offene Kommunikation
- Engagement für das WG-Leben und Alles was dazu gehört zu gestalten

Deine Mitbewohnenden sind Andi (22) er studiert Architektur, ist leidenschaftlicher 3D Artist, Zockt gerne und liebt seine Me-Time. Giovanni (25) studiert Architektur und liebt es Musik und Kunst zu machen. Bean (3) ist unser WG- Hund, er ist anfangs schüchtern, danach wirst du schnell merken, was für ein verspieltes Kuschelmonster er ist. Lilly (25) studiert auch Architektur, ist die feste Teampartnerin von Bean und daher viel draußen unterwegs. Lotti (21) arbeitet als Pädagogin im Kindergarten, ist lebensfroh, aktiv und einfach für alles zu haben.

Hey there, flatmates-to-be,

Since one of our flatmates is moving out at the beginning of May, we're looking for a new member to join our flat from May 1, 2024 (later move-in dates are also possible). Our charming old apartment consists of 5 rooms, 2 bathrooms, a sunny balcony facing south, and everything else you might need. There are various places to store bikes, and a cellar compartment is also included. As the apartment is right next to the main train station, we have perfect connections and are only a few minutes' walk from the city center.

The room is small but lovely, measuring 9 square meters, equipped with a loft bed, and facing our beautiful inner courtyard. Additionally, like all rooms, it features high ceilings and hardwood floors. Since the room is next to the kitchen and balcony, there's a lot of activity, which ideally shouldn't be a problem for you ;) Therefore, open communication is very important for everyone to feel comfortable.

Your future flatmates are Andi (22), studying architecture, passionate about 3D art, enjoys gaming, and loves his alone time. Giovanni (25) also studies architecture and enjoys making music and art. Bean (3) is our flat dog; he's initially shy, but you'll quickly realize he's a playful cuddle bug. Lilly (25) also studies architecture, is Bean's steadfast companion, and therefore spends a lot of time outdoors. Lotti (21) works as an educator in kindergarten, is cheerful, active, and up for anything.
