Freies WG-Zimmer ab September in zentraler Lage

Hallihallo Du!
Ich bin auf der Suche nach einer neuen Mitbewohnerin/ einem neuen Mitbewohner in einer 2er-WG. Hier findest Du ein paar Infos über die Wohnung sowie weiter unten auch über mich :)

Die Wohnung
- 4. Stock eines neuen Gebäudes names PEMA 2 (Baujahr 2018)
- Allgemein sehr modern ausgestattet
- Küche mit Multifunktionsmikrowelle, Geschirrspülmaschine, Backofen und allen anderen Geräten, die man so benötigt
- Badezimmer mit bodentiefer Dusche, Waschmaschine und Spiegelschrank
- WC ist separat vom Bad
- Innerhalb der gesamten Wohnung sorgt eine (zentrale) Lüftung, sowie eine (getrennt nach Zimmer zu steuernde) Fußbodenheizung für ein angenehmes Klima, sowohl an kalten Wintertagen als auch während des Sommers
- Fahrrad kann unten im Fahrradkeller oder vorne an der Straße abgestellt werden

Das Zimmer
- 15 m^2 groß und quadratisch, praktisch geschnitten (identisch zu meinem)
- drei große Fenster die durch ihre Doppelverglasung wirklich jeglichen Lärm abhalten
- Helles Parkett
- Gegen eine kleine Ablöse können die Möbelstücke gerne übernommen werden
- Schöner Blick auf die Nordkette

Lage
- sehr zentral, gegenüber vom Sillpark (Einkaufszentrum)
- perfekte Anbindungen nach ganz Innsbruck, sowohl durch die Tram- und Bushaltestellen (direkt vor der Tür), als auch zu Fuß

- Sillpark (dm, Spar, und alle möglichen Shoppingmöglichkeiten) < 1 Minute
- McFit < 3 Minuten
- Hauptbahnhof < 4 Minuten
- Innenstadt (Maria-Theresien-Straße) < 10 Minuten
- SoWi < 10 Minuten
- MCI 1 und MCI 2 < 10 Minuten
- Diverse Bars & Clubs < 10 Minuten

Kosten:
- Insgesamt 630€ (dann ist aber auch wirklich alles, alles abgedeckt mit Miete, Strom, Wasser und Wlan)

WG-Leben
Okay nach den ganzen Hardfacts ein paar Worte zum WG-Leben und mir. Ich lebe nun seit einem Jahr in Innsbruck und habe mich in der Wohnung von Anfang an sehr wohl gefühlt. Dabei spielt natürlich auch das Miteinander eine große Rolle. Ich wünsche mir deshalb ein harmonisches Zusammenleben, bei dem man abends öfters zusammen kocht, nette Gespräche führen kann, zusammen etwas unternimmt und es sich nicht nur um eine Zweck-WG handelt.
Mich findest Du oft in den Bergen, beim Skifahren oder wandern, mit Freunden im Café, in ner Bar oder beim Bouldern. Ich komme nun ins dritte Semester meines Studiengangs „Entrepreneurship, Tourism and Leisure Management“ und bin, wie der Name des Studiums schon vermuten lässt, super gerne am reisen und unter Menschen. Ich würde mich deshalb als einen kommunikativen, offenen und anpassungsfähigen Menschen beschreiben. Da ich in Norddeutschland aufgewachsen bin und der Weg nach Hause doch recht lang ist, fahre ich nur sehr selten heim und bin fast immer in Innsbruck unterm Semester.

I am looking for a new roommate in a shared flat for two people. Here you can find some information about the flat and further down about me :)

The flat
- 4th floor of a new building (built in 2018)
- Generally very modern equipped
- Kitchen with multifunctional microwave, dishwasher, oven and all the other appliances you need
- Bathroom with floor-deep shower, washing machine and mirror cabinet
- WC is separate from the bathroom
- The entire flat is equipped with central ventilation and underfloor heating (controlled separately for each room) to ensure a pleasant climate, both on cold winter days and during the summer
- Bicycles can be parked in the bicycle cellar downstairs or at the front on the street.

The room
- 15 m^2 (identical to mine)
- Three large windows that really block out any noise due to their double glazing
- Parquet flooring
- The furniture can be taken over for a small fee

Location
- very central, opposite the Sillpark (shopping centre)
- perfect connections to the whole of Innsbruck, both by tram and bus stops (directly in front of the door), as well as by foot

Walking distance to...
- Sillpark (dm, Spar, and all kinds of shopping) < 1 minute
- McFit < 3 minutes
- Main railway station < 4 minutes
- City centre (Maria-Theresien-Straße) < 10 minutes
- SoWi < 10 minutes
- MCI 1 and MCI 2 < 10 minutes
- Various bars & clubs < 10 minutes

Costs:
- 630€ in total (but then really everything is covered with rent, electricity, water and wifi)

WG life
Okay after all the hard facts a few words about flat share life with me. I've been living in Innsbruck for a year now and felt very comfortable in the flat right from the start. Of course, the interaction with the roommate also plays a big role. It would be great if we can cook together sometimes in the evenings, have nice conversations, do fun activities together and it's not just a functional flat-share.
You can often find me in the mountains, skiing or hiking, with friends in a café, in a bar or bouldering. I am now in the third semester of my bachelor program "Entrepreneurship, Tourism and Leisure Management" and, as you may guess from the name, I love traveling and being surrounded by people. I would therefore describe myself as a communicative, open and adaptable person. Since I grew up in northern Germany and the way home is quite long, I rarely go home and am almost always in Innsbruck during the semester.
