Hey,
in unserer Wohnung werden zwei Zimmer frei. Eines ab sofort und eines ab 1.2.
Beide Zimmer sind ca. 16m² groß und durch die südseitige Fensterfront sehr hell.
Das "ab-sofort-frei"-Zimmer hat Zugang zum großen Balkon, der von allen gemeinsam genutzt wird. Wenn allerdings die Tür zu ist, hat man seine Ruhe und das wird i.d.R. dann so akzeptiert.
Haben Spülmaschine, Waschmaschine, Toilette und Bad sind getrennt.
Kellerabteil vorhanden. Außerdem gibts im Haus einen Fahrradkeller.
Vor der Tür direkt Bushaltestellen der Linien R und O;
Bei der Wohnung ist kein Parkplatz dabei, allerdings ist um das Haus herum gratis Parken möglich. Normalerweise findet man nen Parkplatz in max. drei Gehminuten von der Haustür entfernt.
Wir kochen gern mal abends zusammen, trinken ein Bierchen oder gehen aus.
Außerdem wären gemeinsame sportliche Aktivitäten schön, wie Skifahren, klettern, Wandern, Grillen oder sich an den nahegelegenen Tischtennisplatten austoben.
Wir sind auf keinen Fall eine reine Zweck-WG.
