Die WG hat eine große Wohnküche und einen schönen Balkon, der nach Westen ausgerichtet ist und freien Blick Richtung Martinswand bietet.
Dein Zimmer ist ca 14 qm groß, mit Zugang zum Balkon.
Zugehörig zur Wohnung gibt es einen Keller und Tiefgaragenparkplatz.
Wir sind keine Zweck WG und wollen dies auch beibehalten.
Wenn du gern zusammen kochst, sportelst oder dich unterhältst, bist du herzlich Willkommen.
Wir suchen nach einer Person, die länger in Innsbruck und der WG wohnen möchte.
Es wäre möglich das Zimmer teilmöbliert zu übernehmen.

We are looking for a new roommate for our shared flat in the south of Innsbruck.
The flat share has a large eat-in kitchen and a nice balcony facing west with an unobstructed view of the Martinswand.
Your room is about 14 square meters with access to the balcony.
The apartment comes with a cellar and underground parking space.
We are not a purpose-built shared flat and want to keep it that way.
If you enjoy cooking together, exercising or socializing, you are very welcome.
We are looking for a person who would like to live in Innsbruck and the shared flat for a longer period of time.
It would be possible to take over the room partially furnished.
