In einem schönen Altbau am Magdelstieg ist ein Zimmer freigeworden. Dafür suche ich frühestens ab dem 15.02 eine/n Mitbewohner/in. In deinem 12 Quadratmeter großen Zimmer kannst du dich frei austoben. Das ist nicht riesig, aber groß genug. :)
Wir haben eine schöne, große Küche und ein ebenso schönes Bad.
In a nic old building at Magdelstieg a room has become available. Therefore I am looking for a flatmate from 15.02 at the earliest. A 12 square metre room is waiting to be filled by you and your belongings. It is not huge, but it is big enough. :)
We have a nice, big kitchen and an equally nice bathroom.
Die Lage ist super, die nächste Bushaltestelle Gustav-Fischer-Straße ist zwei Minuten die Straße hoch, genauso wie der nächste Supermarkt (Edeka). In die Stadt läuft man 10 Minuten oder man nimmt eben den Bus für 2 Stationen bis zum Stadtzentrum. Der Westbahnhof ist 5 Minuten die Straße runter. Die EAH und ein Netto sind auch nur 10 Gehminuten entfernt.
The location is very good, the next bus stop Gustav-Fischer-Straße is two minutes up the road, just like the next supermarket (Edeka). The town centre is a 10 minute or 2 bus stops away. The next trainstation Westbahnhof is 5 minutes down the road. The EAH (University of Applied Sciences) and a Netto supermarket are also only a 10 minute walk away.
Derzeit besteht die WG nur aus mir und das WG-Leben wartet darauf durch dich ergänzt zu werden. Das heißt, dass wir das Leben hier so gestalten können wie es uns passt. Ich bin eine sehr umgängliche Person und mir ist es vor Allem wichtig, dass wir offen und ehrlich miteinander umgehen, sodass wir uns hier beide ausleben können.
Ich heiße Tim, 22 und stehe kurz vor dem Bachelor im Fach Umwelttechnik. Einen großen Teil meiner Zeit verbringe ich mit skaten und in meiner Werkstatt im Keller. Ich bin aber auch sehr gerne mit Freunden unterwegs für Spiele-, Kneipen- oder was-auch-immer-Abende.

The WG currently only consists of me. This means that we can arrange our life together as it suits us. I am a very sociable person and it is very important to me that we are open and honest with each other, the main thing is that we both feel comfortable here.
