The room is well light with a wonderful view of sunset from the balcony. The room is also equipped with all the necessary furniture. There is plenty of storage space available in the huge cupboard that you get.
The room is located on the 2nd floor of a building in the Uni-Wohnstadt area at just 2 kms from the uni. There is very good connectivity of bus from the apartment to uni and vice-a-versa. There is access to 2 bus stops (Ludwig-Erhard Str and Kurt-Schumacher Str.), both of which at a 2 mins walking distance.
You will be living with Ajinkya and Vatsal. Ajinkya is currently doing his Masters at the Uni in Commercial Vehicle technology. He is an amazing person to share your living space with. He is a lot into Music and enjoys playing various instruments. Vatsal will be starting his Masters (Informatik) course this semester at the Uni. You can also make some some plans on cooking together (If you are into the taste of Indian food). Ajinkya cooks the most amazing Butter Chicken. You will be having a good time sharing your space with them.
