Right now we are 3 computer science students of Master degree at RTPU looking for another pal :). The flat will be ready starting from 1 June(other dates can be discussed).

Das freie Zimmer hat ca. 13qm und liegt direkt an der Pariser Straße (siehe Grundrissbild). Es gibt ein gut schallgedämpftes Fenster zur Pariser Straße und eins zur Kammgarnstraße. Wie alle anderen hat auch dein potentielles Zimmer einen alten Dielenboden und recht hohe Decken. Die Möbel können teilweise übernommen werden wenn gewünscht (Bett und Kleiderschrank).
Die Wohnung selbst hat knapp 130qm und ist in 5 Zimmer, Küche und Bad aufgeteilt. Wohnzimmer und Küche sind beide sehr groß und gut ausgestattet (Spül- und Waschmaschine, Kühlschrank, großer Fernseher, Musikanlage, gemütliche Sofas und Bar), so dass du dir um diese Sachen keine Sorgen mehr machen musst.
Das Bad wurde Ende 2015 renoviert. Zudem stehen noch Räume im Keller als Abstellmöglichkeit zur Verfügung.
Das Ganze befindet sich mit einer weiteren Studenten-WG in einem Altbau (alte Post), es gibt also quasi niemanden den wir stören und wir werden im Gegenzug auch nicht wirklich von jemandem gestört.

The available room is about 13 square meters and is located directly on Pariser Straße (see the floor plan image). It has a well soundproofed window facing Pariser Straße and another facing Kammgarnstraße. Like all the others, your potential room has old plank flooring and quite high ceilings. Some of the furniture can be taken over if desired (bed and wardrobe).
The apartment itself is almost 130 square meters and is divided into 5 rooms, kitchen, and bathroom. Both the living room and kitchen are very large and well-equipped (dishwasher and washing machine, refrigerator, large TV, stereo system, cozy sofas, and a bar), so you don't have to worry about these things.
The bathroom was renovated at the end of 2015. Additionally, there are storage spaces available in the basement.
The whole place is in an old building (old post office) along with another student flat-share, so there is virtually no one we disturb and we are in turn not really disturbed by anyone.
Die WG befindet sich Zentrumsnah (15 Fußminuten zur Altstadt) in unmittelbarer Nähe des Pfaffplatz. Von dort fahren mehrere Busse die Stunde in Richtung Uni, FH und die Innenstadt.
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten wie Kaufland (3 Minuten) und Aldi, Lidl, Alnatura, etc. (7 Minuten) befinden sich in der Nähe. Auch zur Mall und somit der Innenstadt sind es nicht mehr als 10 Minuten zu Fuß.

The flat-share is located close to the center (15 minutes on foot to the old town) near Pfaffplatz. From there, several buses per hour go towards the university, the university of applied sciences, and downtown.
Shopping facilities like Kaufland (3 minutes) and Aldi, Lidl, Alnatura, etc. (7 minutes) are nearby. The mall and thus the downtown area are no more than a 10-minute walk away.
Mit dir wohnen werden 3 Studenten - alle drei studieren Informatik.
Wir wollen keine reine Zweck WG sein und legen Wert auf Geselligkeit. Natürlich hat man mit seinem Zimmer einen Rückzugsort, ab und an wollen wir aber gemeinsam kochen, Filme schauen, feiern gehen oder einfach nur im Wohnzimmer sitzen, 2-18 Bierchen trinken und quatschen. Wir hoffen, du bist auch für sowas zu haben.

You will be living with three students, all of whom are studying computer science.
We don't want to be just a purpose-driven flat-share; we value sociability. Although everyone has their own room as a retreat, we occasionally want to cook together, watch movies, go out partying, or just sit in the living room, drink 2-18 beers, and chat. We hope you're up for that too.
Direkt neben dem Haus befindet sich ein großer Hof, der zum einen als Autostellplatz und zum anderen zum Grillen genutzt werden kann.
Wenn du Interesse an dem Zimmer hast, schreib uns gerne eine Mail. Am liebsten aber nicht einfach nur "Hey ich bin XY und will das Zimmer haben. Wann kann ichs mir anschauen?". Du darfst gerne das ein oder andere Wort zu dir verlieren und uns einen Eindruck vermitteln, wie du so drauf bist ;)
Der Preis von 305€ ist All-inclusive und beinhaltet Warmmiete, Nebenkosten, Internet und die GEZ-Gebühren.

Right next to the house, there is a large courtyard that can be used both as a parking space and for barbecuing.
If you are interested in the room, feel free to send us an email. However, we'd prefer it if you didn't just write something like 'Hey, I'm XY and I want the room. When can I come to see it?'. Feel free to tell us a bit about yourself and give us an impression of what you're like ;)
The price of €305 is all-inclusive and covers rent, utilities, internet, and broadcasting fees.
