The shared flat "Das Penthaus" is looking for a new temporary flatmate!
We are located in the high-rise behind the train station and right underneath the Betzenberg soccer stadium!
The room in question isn't the biggest (10 m2), but is certainly the coziest, with a south-oriented window that lets in a lot of light. The room furnished with a double bed with integrated storage, a desk and a dresser.
We are a shared flat in excellent position right by the train station. Not far from here there are several supermarkets, bakery, train station, post office, bank, pharmacy and more.
The view from the balcony is breathtaking from the 13th floor, looking out over the city towards Ramstein airport, giving nice sunsets..!
We have a fully equipped kitchen with oven, dish washer and everything one might need. The apartment has a toilet and a separate bathroom with a washing machine and bathtub.
The shared spaces are cozy but have everything one might need, including a dining space and a small living room.
Call and arrange a time to visit us and talk about joining our flat! You can then come by and visit to make your own impression of the situation! We're looking forward to meet you!
A longer term stay might possibly be negotiated with the landlord. Talk to us about that if you are interested in continuing the flat!
