Hallo zusammen,
ich gehe für 6 Monate ins Ausland und deshalb wird für diese Zeit mein schönes Zimmer in meiner geliebten WG frei!
Das Zimmer hat 2 Fenster und ist dementsprechend sehr hell, gemütlich und liegt direkt neben der Eingangstür. Da ich nur für 6 Monate weg bin, werde ich meine Möbel alle im Zimmer lassen, aber mein Kram natürlich so verstauen, dass du Platz für deine Klamotten, Bücher, Musikinstrumente usw. hast. Falls du Pflanzen (gießen) magst, lasse ich dir meine auch sehr gerne im Zimmer, falls nicht sag einfach Bescheid, dann werde ich sie in den anderen Zimmern unterstellen.
Unsere Wohnung hat mit einem großen Wohnzimmer, einer großen Küche, unserer Comicecke und unserem Interessenszimmer sehr viel gemeinschaftliche Fläche, wo wir gerne dann und wann zusammen abhängen.
Falls du ab und zu das Bedürfnis hast zu rauchen, steht dafür zwar nicht die Wohnung aber jederzeit unser schöner Balkon zur Verfügung!

I go for 6 months abroad and therefore my beautiful room in my beloved WG is free for this time!
The room has 2 windows and is accordingly very bright, cozy and is right next to the front door. Since I'm only away for 6 months, I will leave all my furniture in the room, but my stuff of course stowed so that you have room for your clothes, books, musical instruments, etc. If you like (watering) plants I will also be very happy to leave mine in the room, if not just let me know and I will put them in the other rooms.
Our apartment has a lot of common space with a large living room, a large kitchen, our comic corner, and our interest room where we like to hang out now and then.
If you feel the need to smoke from time to time, this is not possible in the apartment but our beautiful balcony is always available for that!
Wir wohnen zusammen in einer wunderschönen Dachgeschoss-WG in der allerbesten Lage von Kaiserslautern. 5 Minuten vom Bahnhof, wo auch die meisten Busse abfahren und ganz wichtig, vom Stadtpark entfernt, wohnt man ruhig und dennoch nah am Stadtgeschehen.
We live together in a beautiful attic apartment in the very best location of Kaiserslautern. 5 minutes from the train station, where most of the buses leave and very importantly, from the city park, you live quietly and yet close to the city events.
Deine Mitbewohner*innen sind Ina, Jakob und Conrad.
Wir wohnen sehr gerne zusammen und führen ein entspanntes, geselliges WG-Leben. Konkret heißt das, wir kochen oft zusammen, gehen in den Stadtpark, sitzen abends zusammen auf dem Balkon und trinken Tee oder Bier oder gehen tanzen.
Wir teilen uns als WG einen SoLaWi-Anteil (quasi eine Gemüsebox von einem Bauer), der uns jede Woche tolles frisches Gemüse liefert. Wir freuen uns natürlich, wenn du auch Lust hast dabei mitzumachen!
Weil wir keine Lust haben uns gegenseitig zu stressen und wollen, dass sich alle wohl fühlen, haben wir einen Putzplan, an den wir uns auch halten.
Wir haben in unserer WG sehr viel Lust auf tolle Menschen egal welcher Herkunft, sexuellen Orientierung oder Identität aber keine Lust auf herumgemackere oder sonstiges Verhalten, dass andere diskriminiert.

Your flatmates are Ina, Jakob and Conrad.
We really enjoy living together and lead a relaxed, sociable WG life. In concrete terms, this means that we often cook together, go to the city park, sit together on the balcony in the evening and drink tea or beer or go dancing.
As a WG, we share a SoLaWi share (a vegetable box from a farmer), which provides us with great fresh vegetables every week. We would be happy if you would like to join us!
Because we don't want to stress each other out and want everyone to feel comfortable, we have a cleaning schedule that we stick to.
Everyone is welcome to our WG no matter what origin, sexual orientation or identity but we have no desire for discriminatory behaviour.
