🇩🇪 (scroll for 🇬🇧) Das Zimmer hat ein helles großes Fenster und einen Ofen, welcher im Winter auch richtig warm wird. Außerdem grenzt das Zimmer zur Küche/dem Gemeinschaftsraum an wie alle anderen Zimmer.
Es verbleibt vermutlich ein Bett und Schreibtisch im Zimmer, um welche man sich gegebenenfalls kümmern müsste nach Absprache (Ablöse bei Übernahme)
🇬🇧The room has a large bright window and a very warm oven in it. The room is next to the kitchen, which also functions as a place to meet. The cation was newly built in this year and comes with a large fridge and dishwashing machine
the room possibly remains partly furnitured with a bed and working desk (availlable against a moderate fee to the owner)

Die WG befindet sich zwischen den Stadtteilen Durlach und Oststadt in einer ruhigen 30er-Zone mit ausreichend Parkmöglichkeiten und guter Verkehrsanbindung. Haltestellen sind Fußläufig innerhalb von 5minuten erreichbar. Der Bahnhof Durlach ist ca 10 Minuten zu Fuß/2 per Bahn entfernt. Mit dem Fahrrad benötigt man ca 15 Minuten zum KIT und 20 Minuten zur PH/FH.
Trotz direkter Nachbarschaft zum Autobahnkreuz befinden wir uns trotzdem am wohl ruhigsten Ort der namensgebenden Stadt Karlsruhe ;-)

The flat is located next to Karlsruhe Durlach in the very quiet Untermühlsiedlung. Although there is a train station next to it and an Autobahn, it‘s actually not noisy.

Dies ist eine richtige Studenten-WG. Wer schon immer einmal von sich behaupten wollte, wie eine waschechte Studentin oder Student zu wohnen, der suche nicht mehr weiter.
Ionas ist neben der Arbeit Maler und bereitet sich zusätzlich auf einen Abschluss vor.
Wir kochen gerne und vor allem gut. Am liebsten wäre uns, du hast Spaß am Kochen oder zumindest leistest du uns mal Gesellschaft dabei, gerne bei einem Glas Wein und anregendem Gespräch über Quatsch und Tratsch oder auch ernste Themen.
Wir sind prinzipiell für alle offen.
Aufgrund der Größe der Wohnung und der Wohnatmosphäre ist es uns jedoch wichtig dass es zwischenmenschlich zwischen uns passt, auch weil wir untereinander befreundet sind. Du solltest dich also gut in die WG integrieren können und wollen :)
Was es sonst vielleicht noch zu sagen gibt:
Wir mögen Musik und haben ein paar Instrumente im Haus und üben Hin und Wieder auch mal, Plus für dich wenn du selbst musikalisch bist oder zufällig an der HfM studierst.
Last but not least:
Sauberkeit ist uns irgendwo auch wichtig und sollte sich selbst erklären.

Our shared flat is a true and authentic students flat. We like beer and wine and conversations, sometimes late at night.
Ionas is beneath work , a painter ,preparing for a degree and likes movies and music

We are international and speaking English, german and Spanish
We both enjoy music and have a few instruments on which we practice sometimes. A plus for you if you have musical talent or study at the HfM anyways.
We are friends and are looking ideally for like minded people willing to socialize
We both also like to live in a hygienic environment, so should you.
