Ich habe hier ein kleiner schnuckeliges Zimmer an eine nette Frau abzugeben. Das Zimmer ist unmöbliert, eine Küche und das Bad sind komplett mit allem ausgestattet.
Ich wünsche mir eine aufgeschlossene und ordnungsbewusste Frau, die gerne auch mal etwas mit mir unternehmen will, aber auch kein Problem mit Privatsphäre hat.
Ich bin Beamtin und habe meine Versetzung beantragt, d.h. ich kann leider nur Miete auf Zeit anbieten. Da noch keine Versetzung in nächster Zeit möglich ist, biete ich das Zimmer bis Ende April 2016 an, kann aber auch nach Absprache verlängert werden.
Die Wohnung liegt unweit vom KIT entfernt und auch in die Innenstadt ist man in 15 Min zu Fuß. Die nächste Haltestelle der S-Bahn ist der Gottesauer Platz oder direkt das KIT (Durlacher Tor).
Das Zimmer kostet 300€ warm, inkl. Telefon- und Internetflatrate.
Bei Interesse schicke ich gerne Bilder der Wohnung und des Zimmers.
