wir suchen einen Nachmieter für mein 20m2 Zimmer direkt am KIT. Einen Teil meiner Möbel möchte ich gerne verkaufen und hier eine kleine Abstandszahlung haben. Lasst uns hier doch einfach persönlich drüber sprechen.
Die WG ist international und wir sprechen meistens Englisch oder Deutsch, haben aber noch mehr Sprachen im Angebot. Schreibe uns doch etwas über dich und lerne uns bei einem Gespräch kurz kennen.
Derzeit wohnen in der WG noch Manolo aus Ecuador, Sirine aus Tunesien und Jungin aus Südkorea.

The big window, also directed to the south, gives the room lots of light and a nice warmth.
It also comes with a nice wooden floor
Flat:
The flat is really cozy and offers lots of possibilities. It is nicely decorated and a lot of effort has been put into the details. In total there are 4 bedrooms, one kitchen and one bathroom. There is a dishwasher and a washing machine, as well as all the other necessities a kitchen needs. Since we are connected to the Internet and have a landline you will be well connected to the outside world, being able to skype your friends around the world or just surf the web.
In the back of the house there is an inner courtyard, only accessible for the house, where you can safely put your bike.
Our flat is located at the outskirt of the city-center to the east-city. This location gives you the perfect opportunity to reach everything important in just a couple of minutes, while still having free parking spaces and being away from the most noisy parts of the city paired with an affordable rent.
Walking distance to the KIT is about 5minutes but since you will most definitely need a bike in Karlsruhe you will be there even faster. The same goes for your grocery shopping or your gym. There are several possibilities to buy them just a couple of minutes away.
In case there was no time for your groceries or there will be a lazy day with absolutely no cooking motivation you can find a lovely and affordable restaurant, the "Kippe", just 50 meter down the street or you can pick up a pizza at the other side of the block, next to the bakery.
The next tram station is about 400m from your door and will connect you to all important places in Karlsruhe, even though everything is reachable via bike.
We are all very social people and enjoy the contact with our flatmates. Usually there is someone around so mostly you won't need to eat by yourself or can do stuff together if you are in the mood. We often open a bottle of wine in the evening while cooking, just have a few drinks while talking or watching a movie. Everyone takes part in a mutually and rich life with plenty of activities. You should be interested in a common life and enjoy living in a shared flat with other people.
So far our flat was being international and we would wish to find a suitable successor to furthermore welcome other cultures and languages in our flat.
We would really appreciate a witty application, so please put some effort into it.
