Dein Zimmer liegt ruhig zum grünen Hinterhof. Es bietet mit 15 m² genügend Platz zum Leben und ist dank nachgerüsteter Jalousien auch im Karlsruher Sommer schön kühl. Der große Eckschreibtisch und die vielen Schränke erlauben es dir, dich nach Herzenslust auszubreiten. Das Zimmer ist teilmöbiliert und enthält neben dem Schreibtisch, einem Schreibtischstuhl, Regale, einem großen Kleiderschrank auch ein 120x220cm Bett. Eine Matratze oder Matratzenschoner solltest du selbst mitbringen.

Your room is quietly located towards the green backyard. With 15 m² it offers enough space to live and thanks to retrofitted blinds it is nice and cool even in the Karlsruhe summer. The large corner desk and the many cupboards allow you to spread out to your heart's content. The room is partially furnished and includes a desk, a desk chair, shelves, a large closet and a 120x220cm bed. You should bring your own mattress or mattress protector.
Eine bessere Lage wirst du in Karlsruhe kaum finden. Dank der unmittelbarer Nähe zum KIT kannst du fünf Minuten vor Vorlesungsbeginn aus dem Haus gehen. PH und FH sind mit dem Rad über den Zirkel ebenfalls in fünf Minuten erreichbar. Die Distanz zum Kronenplatz ist groß genug, sodass man von der Straßenbahn und dem Innenstadtlärm wenig mitbekommt. Stattdessen kannst Du die Ruhe im angrenzenden Schlossgarten genießen.

You will hardly find a better location in Karlsruhe. Thanks to the close proximity to the KIT, you can leave the house five minutes before lectures start. The PH and FH can also be reached by bike in five minutes via the Zirkel. The distance to Kronenplatz is large enough so that you don't notice much of the streetcar or the noise of the city center. Instead, you can enjoy the peace and quiet in the adjacent Schlossgarten.
Dein zukünftiger Mitbewohner Simon studiert im Master Elektrotechnik, spielt in der Uniliga Fußball und engagiert sich sehr in seiner Hochschulgruppe KA-RaceIng. Abends ist er für gemeinsames Kochen, einen Film oder ein Bierchen auf seinem Balkon zu haben.
Die Wohnung wurde vor unserem Einzug vor einem Jahr saniert und die Küche von uns neu gekauft. Dabei haben wir für dich an alles gedacht: Spülmaschine und Waschmaschine inklusive Trockner sind vorhanden.
