Hi,
ich werde im März meine WG verlassen und bin daher auf der Suche nach einer Zwischenmieter/in bis September. Die WG liegt ziemlich zentral- man ist in 5min am Europaplatz/Postgalerie und mit dem Fahrrad in 15min in der Uni, bzw. in 10min in der PH.
Das Zimmer ist zwar relativ klein, was aber dank des großen Wohnzimmers, das direkt daneben liegt nicht weiter schlimm ist. Die Küche ist ebenfalls ziemlich geräumig und ideal für Kochabende, etc.
Das Zimmer ist bereits möbliert und die monatliche miete beträgt 294€ inkl. nebenkosten.
bei Interesse schreibt doch einfach eine mail, in der ihr euch vorstellt, sodass ich und meine mitbewohnerinnen ein bild von euch bekommen.
