Die Wohnung liegt an der S-Bahnhaltestelle Kussmaulstraße und zur FH oder PH sind es 10 min mit dem Fahrrad.
Um die Ecke befindet sich ein Bäcker und zum Supermarkt sind es 5 min Fußweg.
Die Kaltmiete beträgt pro Person 223€. Dazu kommen noch die Nebenkosten von 30€ (inkl. Kabel TV)sowie Strom, Gas, Tel. und Internet von ca. 40€.
