Wir suchen für unser großes, helles 18qm Zimmer einen neuen Mitbewohner/ eine neue Mitbewohnerin.
Das Zimmer ist rechteckig geschnitten, verfügt über zwei große Dachfenster und ausreichend Steckdosen. Der Bodenbelag ist PVC und geheizt wird über Zentralheizungen, von denen sich eine auch in diesem Zimmer befindet ;)
Das Zimmer wird unmöbliert vermietet, wobei ein Teil der Möbel mit-vermietet / übernommen werden können (Preis nach Absprache).

We're looking for a new roomate for our bright, spacious 18m² room.
It's a rectanqularly designed room, with two skylights and an adequate number of sockets. It has vinyl flooring and central heating.
The room is for rent without furniture, but if you'd like to, you can buy some of the previous tenant's furniture (for a small amount).

Die Wohnung befindet sich im 2. Stock einer Doppelhaushälfte (--> kein anstregendes Treppensteigen) im Stadtteil Karlsruhe-Neureut. Die Straße in der wir wohnen ist ziemlich ruhig und wenig befahren.
Die Wohnung verfügt über eine recht große Küche mit Kühlschrank, Spüle und einer Spülmaschine, einem großen Tisch und Sitzgelegenheiten. Des weiteren gibt es ein kleines Tageslicht-Bad mit Dusche Toilette, Waschbecken etc.
Gewaschen wird in einem Waschkeller mit einer neuen Waschmaschine und Trockenleinen. Außerdem gibt es einen Keller in dem jeder Fahrräder und andere Dinge unterbringen kann.
Zur Haltestelle Welschneureuterstr. sind es nur etwa 4 min zu laufen, die Bahn fährt dort rund um die Uhr. Bis zum Europaplatz fährt man ab hier ca. 13min, bis zum Hauptbahnhof sind es etwa 20-25 min.
Die nächsten Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Netto & Dm) sind zu Fuß etwa 10 min entfernt (mit dem Rad 4 min)und auch ein REWE befindet sich im näheren Umfeld.
Einige der schönsten Baggerseen sind in optimaler Fahrrad-Nähe und bieten im Sommer einen optimalen Ausgleich zum Alltag.
Ansonsten gibt es hier mehrere kleine Apotheken und auch sämtliche Sorten von Ärzten, einen Sportverein, eine Veranstaltungshalle, ein Schwimmbad, Restaurants und kleinere Bars - sowie vier Poke-Stopps und zwei Arenen in der Nähe ;)

The flat is on the second level (so no stressful stair-walking) and lies in the area of Karlsruhe-Neureut.
There is a big kitchen, with a fridge, a dishwasher and a large kitchen table, where we spent our evenings together every once in a while.
Our washing machine is at the cellar, where you can also park your bike or store some other stuff.
The street in which the apartment is located is quite calm and it's only 4 minutes from the next tram station (Welschneureuter Straße; ca. 13min to Europa Platz/City Center). Supermarkets, drug stores, pharmacies & doctors are nearby.
Some of the most beautiful lakes where you are also allowed to swim are close.
Furthermore there are some smaller bars, restaurants and a public swimmingpool nearby.

Wir - deine neuen Mitbewohner, sind ein Student (KIT; Studienkolleg) und eine Studentin (FH; Verkehrssystememanagement). Wir wohnen bereits eine Weile zusammen, kommen gut miteinander aus und gehen auch mal das ein oder andere Bier miteinander trinken.
Besuch ist bei uns herzlich willkommen und auch für WG-Kochen, Spieleabende, etc. sind wir offen - ist aber auch kein Muss ;)

We - your new roomates - are a KIT-Student (Studienkolleg) and a University of Applied Sciences-Student (Infrastructure-&Transportation-Management). We're living together for a while now, having a good time and sharing some beer & good evenings every once in a while.
Visitors are very welcome at our flat and we also like to cook or have some game nights together :)
