Da mein jetziger Mitbewohner leider ausziehen muss, wird zum 01.03.15 in meiner WG ein Zimmer frei.
Das Zimmer hat eine Größe von 17 m², hat 2 Fenster und ist hell. Der Bodenbelag ist frisch verlegter Laminat. Insgesamt kostet das Zimmer 355€ warm inklusive Internet (10 MBit Leitung), Strom und GEZ.
Die Wohnung an sich verfügt über eine Küche mit Spüle, Herd, Backofen, Kühlschrank und Sitzgelegenheit. Das Bad besteht aus einer Duschwanne und einer Loggia. Außerdem sind Toilette und Bad getrennt. Ein Kellerraum steht zudem auch zur Verfügung.
Die WG befindet sich in der Karlsruher Nordweststadt direkt bei der Westhochschule. Die nächste S-Bahn Haltestelle ist ca. 9 min entfernt.
Da ich selbst berufstätig bin, ist die WG eigentlich nicht als Party-WG gedacht. Dennoch soll es auch keine reine Zweck-WG sein. Gerne können wir also mal etwas zusammen kochen, in die Stadt für ein Bier gehen, einen Film schauen, etc.
Berufstätige und Studenten sind gleichermaßen willkommen.
