Bei uns wird Anfang Februar ein Zimmer frei (16qm; großes Fenster, Dielen). Uns, das ist Anika (26) und ich, Simon (28). Anika ist zzt. auf Erasmus in Stockholm macht nächstes Semester ihr Diplom in Architektur. Ich arbeite an einem Forschungsinstitut und nähere mich dem Ende meiner Dissertation in Soziologie. Gerne gehen wir mal zusammen weg, kochen uns ein gutes Sonntagsessen, schauen Tatort oder hängen einfach nur ab. Das hängt natürlich alles von Lust und Laune ab oder wie man eben Zeit hat. Die Wohnung (Altbau, Dielen, zum Teil Stuck) hat einen Balkon, SpüMa und WaMa. Sie liegt direkt am Gottesauerplatz. Wir glauben, dass es gut passen würde, wenn du mehr als ein Grundverständnis von Ordnung hättest.
Am besten schreibst du uns eine kurze email, in der du dich vorstellst. Besichtigungen und Kennenlernen wären abends oder am Wochenende möglich!
