Das Zimmer ist ca. 16 Quadratmeter groß und möbliert. Die Möbel müssten übernommen werden, über die Summe können wir noch verhandeln.
Die WG verfügt sonst über eine Waschmaschine und was man sonst so in der Küche braucht wie Herd, Backofen, Kühlschrank natürlich usw.
Es gibt einen kleinen Innenhof mit der Möglichkeit sein Fahrrad abzustellen.
Die WG liegt direkt am Durlacher Tor, sodass man nur 1-2 Minuten zu Fuß zum KIT braucht. Bahnhaltestelle ist dort auch direkt vor Ort. Ansonsten gibt es viele Supermärkte in der Nähe und auch das Venice Beach im Scheck-in Center ist zu Fuß erreichbar.
Aktuell sind wir eine 3er WG
Die WG wird ab März quasi neu gestaltet, da gleich zwei Bewohner ausziehen. Es ist also möglich, auch zu zweit einzuziehen. :)
