ich werde ein Praktikum in Stuttgart machen und vermiete deshalb vom 1.4. - 1.8. mein Zimmer im besten Wohnheim überhaupt. Wir sind 13 Bewohner aus unterschiedlichsten Ländern und machen ziemlich viel miteinander. Wir haben eine Küche und ein Wohnzimmer in dem wir jetzt sogar eine Hängematte installiert haben.
Das Zimmer hat ruhige Nachbarn und bekommt, auch nachts vergleichsweise nicht viel Lärm mit.
Ein Einbauschrank und eine abgetrennte Ecke mit Waschbecken stehen zur Verfügung.
Eine Möblierung durch: Bett, Regal, Schreibtisch, Schreibtischstuhl, Wandregal, kleiner Tisch ist vorhanden.
Das selbstverwaltete HaDiKo besitzt 5 Bars, Metall- Holz- und Elektrowerkstatt, Fahrradkeller in jedem Haus, Musik-Proberaum, Getränkeverkauf usw.. Außerdem finden hier ohne Ende Events statt, für jeden ist was dabei.
Die Miete von 196€ ist warm inklusive Strom und allem.
Das sehr schnelle Internet kostet im Monat noch 7€ zusätzlich. Außerdem muss man noch mal ~3€/Monat Flurbeitrag leisten um Gewürze, Öl und Backwaren für alle zu kaufen.

I will be subleasing my room from 1.4. - 1.8. in a really awesome place. We are 13 people from different countries and do a lot together. What is equally cool is the student dormitory which is self-governed and offers a hell lot of events + has 5 bars (Hadiko is the place to be for a student). Also cool we have a hammock in our living room.
