Das Zimmer ist schön geräumig und wirkt durch die hohen Decken des Altbaus sehr groß. Ich werde vorerst alle meine Möbel im Zimmer lassen. Es ist also für alles gesorgt und man muss nichts extra anschaffen.
Wir haben zwei Badezimmer, ein Wohnzimmer und eine Küche in der WG.
The room is really spacious because of the high ceiling. It´ll be firstly fully furnished.
We have two bathrooms, a living room and a kitchen as shared rooms between the 3 flatmates.
Die Lage ist optimal. Supermarkt, Bars und Restaurants sind reichlich vorhanden in der Oststadt. Kostenloses Parken ist auch um die Ecke. Die Bahn ist 1 Gehminute entfernt und zum Campus Süd des KIT sind es auch nur 2 Gehminuten.
The location is great. There are supermarkets, bars, restaurants close by. It is in the center of Oststadt, one of the most beautiful quarters in Karlsruhe. Public transportation is reachable within 1 minute by foot. The Campus Süd of KIT is also reachable within 2 minutes by foot.
Deine Mitbewohner sind Max und Jonas. Sie sind beide sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Oft kochen wir zusammen am Abend.
Your future flatmates are Max and Jonas. They are really nice and always offer you a hand to help you. We often cook together in the evening
Ich habe am 08.09 meine letzte Prüfung und werde danach sehr wahrscheinlich ins Praktikum gehen. Davon abhängig ist, ob das Zimmer nur für 4 Wochen verfügabr ist, oder unbefristet übernommen werden kann. Die Chancen für eine unbefristete Übernahme stehen momentan sehr gut.
Für den Fall der Zwischenmiete sind nicht nur alle Möbel sondern auch mein Fahrrad einbezogen.

I have my last exam on 08.09 and will most probably start my internship after that. It depends on whether the room is only available for 4 weeks or whether it can be taken over indefinitely. The chances for an unlimited takeover are very good at the moment. In case of temporal rent, all the furniture is included and also my bike because thats the best way to get around the city.
